The manager at this store is the worst he called my aunt a B word for no reason.He griped her out cause she dropped her toilet paper and used her foot to scoot the toilet paper to the register. He also demanded that she go to the dollar general down the street and take her complaint back and he was rude as can be. He was extremely unprofessional and I know I have been in customer service for 24 years. Something needs to be done about him.

I cannot say enough about the team at this store. I lost a sizable cashiers check from the sale of my home in the parking lot and they went above and beyond trying to reach me to return it. I'm so grateful that there are still honest, caring people that are here looking after their customers. Always friendly and courteous too.

The crackhead that runs this place. Is illiterate. Left two movies. Then a nice customer next in line brings them back in.. Then these people say oh you stole two movies that are on your receipt. And say they got her on video. Stealing the same exact 2 movies that are on the receipt. They can't name any other movies that wete stolen except the movies were bought. A simple leaving the bag on accident turned into oh you stole. Yet the employee there is literally in a half way house. There illiterate crackhead. They dont even realize they told on themselves on the phone because there illiterate. So some how two movies that where bought but left now became stolen that were paid for. Because they think she left with the exact same movies she bought.. tell me how you buy and steal the exact same movies. I'm gonna buy one then steal another DVD that's the same movie. These crackhead are illiterate

Store manager was quit rude to me, and would not take my state issued ID for alcohol. Told me he would only take driver's license. I do not have a driver's license. I only have a state issued ID card.

I was so sad to see my fav store closed on West granada But when I walked into this store to see the then assistant manager is now the current manager of this store, officially makes this store my favorite. He always makes sure his store is fully stocked and organized and he always provides friendly/courteous customer service. With him running the store I don't have to worry about weaving in and out of stock blocking the isles. So glad to see he is the store manager. Im Looking forward to bringing my business to this location from now on.. Way to go dg. ??

I went to do a return on my way home and the cashier claimed she was unable to complete my return because I had to go back to the store I originally purchased from. So I had to drive 20 mins out of my way to return the item. I asked the original purchased store and was told that was not true but its all good
