Diane’s Pet Grooming was absolutely amazing. She is absolutely fantastic and did a terrific job with 3 pets I have been taking care of for 2 months.These are before & after pictures…..will be going back to Diane for loving care for a new puppy we intend to purchase in the near future.

She only offers a basic shave down and doesnt seem to tolerate customers asking for anything more. She walked away from me in such a rude way. I would never believe that a shop owner would be so rude to a new client. There was a young man in the shop who apologized for her behavior.

I have taken my Pomeranian mix dog to Diane since 2018. She has always done a great job, and I even drive back to have her take care of him even though I don’t live in the area anymore. Highly recommend.

A very good groomer! She was patient, thorough and careful with our Papillion! He had long hair and she did a great job. I would recommend her!

Oh my God! Diane is so great! great with pets! great with service! she takes pride in what she does, doggie treats the whole 9! The haircuts and nail trimming is awesome!I love coming here! recommended a couple of friends and we all love this place! Definitely will recommend this place! Definitely take your pets here it's soooo worth it! Thank you Diane for everything! Still great! i love this place! Perfect place for pet grooming!

Even before moving to Florida, we found Diane's Pet Grooming while staying in Orange City in our RV. Now we travel from Deland to have Peanut Butter and Jelly bathed and groomed. Very pleased with the top-notch treatment of both our pups.

We have a small 4 to 5 pound dog that is also deaf. Diane was able to schedule our pet so that we could be one of the last appointments of the day. She (our dog) also is a loud screamer when she is in a in unknown place. Diane makes us feel comfortable dropping her off knowing that she is in safe hands. We as pet owners appreciate Diane treating our pet as one of her own. Will continue to use Diane’s pet grooming as long as she will have us. Thank you.

I am so happy I found Diane’s Grooming. My little Shih-tzu Emma is not the easiest to groom with her high anxiety. Diane is wonderful with her. She is very patient and knows just how to keep Emma calm. I recently moved to Florida from NYC and I am so glad to have found Diane. She always makes little Emma look adorable. I highly recommend Diane, she will take great care of your fur baby.

There is something wrong with this groomer. First, it was very difficult to get in touch. I called multiple times then finally scheduled an appointment. When I finally arrived to the appointment, I had to wait a long time. Then, during the appointment, she continually praised and kissed my dog, calling her "pretty" and saying strange things like, "Wow, I can tell she knows how to hold her bowel." I let that go. When it finally came time to groom my dog, she suddenly said, "I'm sorry, but this is too difficult a job for me to complete" without any explanation. My dog has been succesfully groomed by other groomers in Ormond for 3+ years, so I have no idea what she meant. My pup was perfectly behaved during the encounter. She was checking her phone a lot, so I suspect something came up - if that's the case, she should have just said so, but I felt the entire experience unprofessional. My dog competes in shows and I have a large network - I will not be using this groomer in the future, and neither will my colleagues.

Diane is the best!! She has been cutting sasha for a few year and I have love every cut. Sasha get a bow and treats to go home with. Also She only has couple of her own dogs there and your is never in a cage.
