This place is a godsend! After my mom became non-ambulatory, my family and I needed to figure out how to care for her at home. I became overwhelmed with all the online options so I decided to call a medical supply store for advice and that's when I met Peter. Peter is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and kind. He patiently answered all my questions, then provided suggestions and comparisons. I've been a customer for over a year now. If he doesn't stock it, he'll find it and order it - he goes over and beyond! Great customer service at great prices - I highly recommend!!

Peter and his team are amazing, they went the extra mile to help me with my medical supply needs. I was preparing for an unexpected work trip and Peter made sure I received my supplies within 2 days. This business not only has everything you need at a great price, but the owner really goes above and beyond to help you. Overly thoughtful and cares about his customers more than just making money. Extremely knowledgeable on products and if I could give this place 10 stars I would.

A clean and sterile store, I was greeted and helped by two of your most professional team members who assisted me with my aching back! They gave me some topical cream samples to try for back issues which I liked. I returned the next day to buy some of it, but couldn't remember which one they gave me. The gentleman who was there today was not as helpful. I wanted to spend more money today, but because my 85 year old mother could not come with me and if something needed to be returned it would not be allowed, so that curtailed my second purchase. A great place for medical supplies; Im glad I stopped in while visiting from Washington, DC!

Awesome service. I needed help with supplies and not even sure what to order and Peter Gendi spent the time needed to help me with everything on my list. I left with everything I needed. I called to see if they had another item that I really needed and I had it at my door the next morning. Wonderful family business and I will continue to shop with them in the future.
