If I could give it zero starts I would. I don't know what has happened over the past year but this place has gone downhill, most of all the pharmacy. - The people working as cashier are so unprofessional, rude, ill mannered, and very dismissive. They don't belong in a position of customer service. - HIPPA VIOLATION: Ive had the pharm tech yell out my medications to me from another cash register and/or computer instead of walking over to me or telling me to go there. No privacy of your information whatsoever. - A young lady was waiting in line behind me. When I went to the counter she followed and stood literally a foot behind me. When I asked her to kindly back up she literally got aggressive and told me she was going to be up on me. There are privacy laws and no one behind the counter, including the pharmacist who heard and saw the conversation did anything about it. - Clientele that have more recently started going to this CVS are also rude, and to be frank... trashy. It's also a representation of the newly hired staff. There are some nice ladies that work there but for some reason they are never there when my husband or myself go there. They even got into it with my 73 year old mother when she went to get my meds after my crippling surgery. - I had a girl at the counter start spraying Lysol all over the counter and credit card machine while I was still standing at the counter getting all over me and in my mouth. Then she wanted me to proceed using the incredibly wet counter and machine. I had to ask her to please move us to next cashier machine because it was making me sick. - The pharmacist would never ever knowledge a customer unless a pharm tech notified them directly. - We've complained to management and the pharmacist but nothing has changed, only increased in downward spiral. I'm now moving my prescriptions to Publix in The Trails shopping center b/c I'm over it. Good Riddance.

I'd give them less than one star if possible. The employees will actively shut the pharmacy windows in your face because management can't be bothered to rub 2 brain cells together and schedule staff lunch in shifts. If you're there during your own lunch hour if it you can't get back to that pharmacy to get your prescriptions, you're just out of luck. God forbid you're there for an emergency prescription. This has got to be the most unprofessional, inconsiderate, irrationally run pharmacy in the state of Florida. It is unbelievable that this pharmacy cannot see any value in treating their customers' time as valuable too. How hard is it to have half your staff go to lunch at one hour and the other half later? If they don't have enough staff, that say more about their mismanagement than anything else. I have never had a pharmacy tell me that they cannot be bothered to retrieve my prescriptions. I mean, yes, lines can be long and there is a wait time, but to close the window while you're standing there waiting? What is the point? I cannot believe I'm the only one this has happened to. I refuse to believe that there are so few employees that they cannot split their lunch times over the course of the afternoon. Who thought closing the pharmacy in the middle of the day was a good idea? What manager would think so? How many customers have they driven off because of such rude policies. This is a terrible pharmacy policy that should be changed.

Our prescription plan changed and we had to switch to CVS from Walgreens...grrrrrrrr! The CVS pharmacy is so understaffed, it's ridiculous. The wait time is forever.

CVS is always my go to store for things I need quickly and makeup/beauty items. They always have sales and great coupons for savings and it’s super convenient to stop in. I’ve been shopping at CVS for many years and have always found what I needed to be in stock.

The lady working the pharmacy counter/registers today (12/1/2023) probably needs a raise! She was working 2 registers and was quickly and efficiently handling the customers. It was so nice to be helped by her. :)

I made a appointment on line for a Covid shot for 9/26, 5:00pm. Got there only to find out they were out of the vaccine. They could have told me on line as checked in on line. They made another appointment for 10/3 and told me to come between 8 & 11. I was there at about 9:15, checked in an took a seat . There was 1 lady ahead of me. After about 10 minutes the lady was called in. In the mean time 3 more people checked in BEHIND me. The provider saw that I was there first but ignored me and called them ahead of me. I went to the pharmacy counter to ask what was going on. They just shrugged their shoulder and said "I don't know". I left and went to Publix walked in and got my vaccination. I won't shop or use CVS again. Publix has my business and I'll tell all who will listen how screwed up CVS is.

Never open anymore. Don’t open the pharmacy u til 10am. They often close at 6pm. Take a lunch for an hour in middle of day. This is not convenient for people who work.

Called three times to the pharmacy and no one picked up. I let it ring for 20 minutes each time.

CVS in ormond beach is always stocked, clean and the cashiers are always helpful in helping me use my coupons and my care pass on my app.

Would be easier on the staff if the store closed at midnight rather than be 24 hours then I wouldn't have to see so many tired faces.

I want to thank the RX for letting mu daughter know her insurance wasn't accepted before they filled it. There were then no problems getting it filled elsewhere
