Great service. Great selection of shoes. Pablo was very knowledgeable and thorough. He even put inserts in a pair of sneakers I bought elsewhere. I am waiting for my shoes to come in! I'll keep ya posted.

The customer service is top notch! I tried on a pair of Birkenstocks and the cork bed was making my pinky toe sore. Pablo was able to stretch the area that was tight and that made it so comfortable to wear. I always try to support small businesses and in this case I will return anytime I need a new pair of shoes. Super helpful owner!

You definitely want to go here if you are looking for some knowledgeable input about what is the best shoe maker and style for your foot. Make sure Pablo is your man. I don't know other sales people but he was awesome. I had my feet computer scanned in another store and he verified everything just by looking at my feet before I even told him anything. He knew the styles and makes that would be best. Brilliant bcz I tried on ones that I liked and he was right every time. I highly recommend if you are concerned for the long term health of your feet and also I love the shoes I got for foot alignment, health and style.

The manager is very helpful and a pleasure to work with. He carries a good selection of Birkenstock (my favorites) as well as other brands. Nice feel to the store and a warm welcome.

Pablo is extremely knowledgeable and helped my niece select both shoes and sandals that will alleviate the pain she has been experiencing due to a bunion, hammer toe and fallen arch. He fitted the shoes, explained the proper way to wear them and made sure that when she walked in them that the shoes were comfortable. Fantastic service!

Salesman was really nice. Store used to be the Birkenstock store. Still sells Birks as well as other brands. Was able to find a mushroom colored sandal just like my well loved black pair. I love Birkenstocks.

I, like the other reviewers, had a wonderful experience at Comfort Zone Shoes today. They have triple the selection of that other store on ISB.Taryn was an incredible associate and boy did she ever know her product. My Salina sandals were $35 cheaper there...and I bought another pair! Can't say enough about comfort Zone! Love my Berkies!

If you are looking for good quality shoes, athletic shoes, hocking boots, or just stylish shoes and boots this is the best place in town. The sales help are very knowledgeable about their products and helpful in assisting customers to find the right fit. I like Naot shoes and can always find what I need at comfort zone shoes.

Nice store with a good selection. They received 5 stars for the superior customer service. I went in to repair/replace my 5 year old Birkenstocks. Unfortunately, they could not be repaired, since the cork had started to break down. They had my same style of shoe in stock and the gentleman got a pair for me in my size. He noticed the straps on my old shoes and made sure the buckles on the new shoes matched prior to giving them to me to try on. That's good attention to detail and superior customer service. Worth every penny!
