I am NEVER disappointed when I go into the shop. I have followed her since she was in Daytona. I'm a bigger woman, and it's hard to find clothes that are not only the actual size, but fit well. The clothes are always unique, and so well priced. It's the ONLY place I have been able to buy everything I try on! That doesn't happen at any other store! I love knowing no one else will have the items I have gotten from her shop because she only picks the best! You're getting name brands for the most reasonable prices you could EVER imagine! You won't believe the savings and the quality of this shop till you see it for yourself!

I am a consignor and the first time I went in the owner Trish was very nice to me & took in a lot of my things. Ever since she hired some rude older woman with long stringy hair I feel like I am no longer welcomed for some strange reason. The woman yelled at me to wish the owner happy birthday in a very rude manner and is very nasty. It's a shame because the owner Trish is very nice and is starting to be influenced by the rude woman she hired. Maybe the woman she hired is racist!

My wife refuses to come back to the store due to the fact that stock and fabrics are way outdated. The staff is kurt, short and offensive in the way they treated us. Our advise, go elsewhere for pre-owned gently used goods.

Horrible customer service from the cashier. Not welcoming to blue collar workers or people with tattoos apparently. My boyfriend went in to shop for me while I was working and immediately upon walking in, was disrespected beyond belief. He was informed that there are no public bathrooms, as if she assumed he was a bum, when in reality he makes very good money. She then asked why he was in an all women's store because apparently men cannot buy gifts for their girlfriends? The other associate working did try to accommodate and make up for the cashiers negativity but we will not support a business that hires people who treat customers like complete trash.
