The one star is too high of a rating for this joke of a place. Rude threatening employees without a clue as to how to be polite. Customers are not their priority! AVOID purchasing ANYTHING at this location and go somewhere else!!!!

Circle K corporate sold this store. The staff was great, but now, they’re clueless ever sense all of the old staff left. And they’re not open 24/7

Clerk thinks she works at the DMV. I live right down the street and come in all the time. This lady had sold me cigarettes many times. I didn't realize my license had expired on my birthday. 2 days after my birthday I go there to buy cigarettes, she cards me. Scans it and says I can't sell these to you your license is expired. Uhhh what lady?!? You can clearly look at the license and see that I'm 31 years old. She must have dementia to because she clearly doesn't remember me buying cigarettes for years from this location! I have lived down the street for 6 years, and this is where I always go to get cigarettes. I will be going to the 7-11 down the street from now on. Lady needs to know she work at a gas station not the DMV.

This is my go to store and the employees are always very courteous and helpful my only disappointment is that management of the store needs to tend to maintenance. The drink fountain machines are always either broke or flat and the air conditioner has needed repair for some time now..

The store clerk in the late morning this Saturday is unreal. Being myself and my family were at the beach for the weekend in swim suite attire mind you. I stopped in to gather some drinks and was asked for ID .... No problem I understand the policy and did not have my wallet with ID so I exited the store politely and asked my wife to please go and pay for our drinks since she was driving and had her purse with ID. Upon entry she was told she cannot purchase 3rd party drinks WOW yep now my wife asked if she could go to the cooler and get her own and still was told that was 3rd party. This lady is definitely the sheriff folks if your in Ormond beach the Chevron is clearly the better option for customer service and ALL convenience needs. Don't waste time or money at this service station. I am optimistic however the night shift may be different but this lady is a ? joke...

I would give 5 star, but this place has such a turn over of people. All the great employees left or were fired. Mostly for stupid corporate reasons. They have had 5 managers since Greg , he was the best manager they had! Troy is pretty good also. Corporate needs to fire some higher up managers! Maybe if they paid more than minimum wage they could Get some of the great employees to stay!
