I called them for financial planning advice. I was given a different number. I called that number, but that man had no idea why the man at that Ocalla location.(Israel) had me call him about stock advice when I was trying to invest in CDs.Originally, I called the St Augustine location several days ago and yesterday, but nobody ever returned my call.Thank you, Charles Schwab.

Greg Kopp at the Ormond Beach office is great to work with. Has been our financial consultant for over 15 years, always responsive with sound suggestions. Even during the temporary closure of their office, Greg is easy to reach by email or phone. Highly recommend both Greg and Schwab’s brokerage and bank.

Drove to the Ormond Beach office to try to make a deposit in to my Rollover IRA,....sign on the door now says "by appointment only ",should read.....No Service available. VERY disappointing.
