I called and spoke to Jennifer to make a grooming appointment for my cat and was told they only groom existing clients. I then asked if my cat could become an existing client and they said they are taking new clients but booking “a ways out.” Can’t imagine what their existing clients do in an emergency if it’s that hard to get in. Thanks but no thanks.

I love CCC and my kittens, Maple and Oak, love them too! Everyone is so unbelievably kind from the front desk to the doctors. These people are CAT LOVERS and they call to check on my cats after each visit. My girls feel like celebrities every time they go in - treats, toys, and so many snuggles and pets from everyone. It’s such a calm environment too. I wouldn’t want to take my cats anywhere else.

I truly appreciate this veterinary office. I have been struggling with a sick kitty since February and have been 3 other vets and a specialist. The doctor at this office truly listened and reviewed all my cats' records. She cared what I had to say and how I know my pet. She also believes in other holistic approaches to care, and together, we came up with a plan that so far is working for my kitty. It was a long journey to get here, and it's not the closest or most convenient place, but it's well worth the drive and the time.

We had another terrible experience at this office today. I traveled over 45 minutes with an anxious kitty to be treated at a cat only clinic, but the girls at the front desk completely messed up our appointment. I pleaded for them to look in our fur baby’s chart and give us the same topical solution for her skin irritation but the girl adamantly refused. After being patients of this office for several years, it was very disappointing to have experienced this. Wasted trip, wasted time, only to receive terrible customer service.
The appointment was made on 8/22 @ 1:41 pm by myself via telephone. Jennifer answered the phone and took my appointment. Please check your records because I would never walk into an office without an appointment.

Wonderful doctors and vet techs. I have taken my adult cat here for awhile for her annuals, vaccinations, etc & have also brought my kitten in for her annuals - as well as to get fixed & chipped. The doctor themselves called before and right after the quick surgery to assure everything has gone as planned and given me constant updates of my little kitty. Very fortunate to have worked with this establishment and will constantly recommend them to all cat owners! Thank you for taking care of my little kitties, i appreciate this team!!!!

Both of our Siamese cats have had issues. They have been treated very well and we have been pleased with the outcomes. They are more expensive than a general veterinarian. That’s not a complaint. My Specialist doctors charge more than my general physician.

Friendly, very clean. Professional in every sense. The veterinarian even told me where I could get some things for my cat cheaper than what they had in the office. My cats, my mothers and brothers felines go there. Good prices for flea management!

Both our cats go to Cat Care and I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else with them. Both have been laser declawed, and there is no issue with either, it is the only place around Central Florida that does it. We have referred friends to them and they were very pleased.
