“While on vacation in Ormond Beach FL, the back glass on my F350 shattered the day that I was leaving to go back home to Sherbrooke, Qc, Canada. Since I was headed up to Myrtle Beach I had inquired about having it repaired there, but I was quoted 2 to 3 WEEKS!!!! The local Ford dealership in Ormond Beach FL suggested I call Precision Auto Glass. I am very glad I did. Rarely have I met such an efficient man as Tim. He was able to order the part, and then he installed it the next day. All in all the repair was done in less than 36 hours. I have rarely seen such service! “I set the appointment through my geico app, and it was set but you really need to pay attention to your emails, they do not call to update you it’s all email, they only have a automated system to answer and you never really get to talk too an actual person until you arrive for dropping off and picking up your vehicle.
