I have been with them for over 10 years and have zero complaints. They are kind, listen to you and give you the best advice. It is located in Ormond Beach, FL. Capital Partners has taken care of my insurance needs for nearly 20 years. I have found them to be professional and responsive, always doing what they could to find me the best rate from among a number of reputable insurance companies. Through the years, due to retirements, I have had 3 different Capital Partners agents and have been very pleased with them all. My latest agent, Samantha, is truly a winner - the speed and care she exercises with my insurance needs has been unmatched. I know that I have no need to look elsewhere when I am so well treated by Capital Partners.

For several years they provided good service but I purchased flood insurance through them for $1300.00 and later found out FEMA as well had purchased me a policy. I signed a notice of cancelation 3 days prior to the policy I purchased going into effect and this was 15 days before the FEMA policy came into effect. They failed to bring any resolution to the situation and said I guess your out $1300. I have pursued this since March but to no avail.

Joseph Riccardi doesn't recommend Capital Partners Insurance!The staff there have always acted professionally but their leader/manager/owner has not and is the reason I just chose to hire a different agent!!!Note that you can get the same insurance company through a different agent...Just a warning if you ever have a complaint!!!

We have customers for 5 yrs and we were dropped by our insurance company. Called the office and our agent said she would do some research, but never got back with us. Very disappointing. We were left to our own resources to find home owners insurance.

I PAID ENTIRE PREMIUM REQUESTED $13,542. NOW I GET A BILL FROM A FINANCE COMPANY THAT I DIDNT PAY THE BILL.. WHEN I QUESTIONED AGENT MARY GUZY SHE SAID I OWED FOR A LIABILITY POLICY . IASKED FOR A BILL AND QUESTIONED WHY I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED ABOUT THIS BILL, SHE DIDNT RESPOND. I KEPT CALLING ABOUT THIS BILL . TODAY I GOT A CANCELLATION NOTICE FROM A FINANCE COMPANY I NEVER ENGAGED . CANT TRUST THIS AGENCY BEWARE 111111I HAD BEEN CANCELLED WITH ANOTHER POLICY FOR SOME VAGUE REASON SHOULD NEVER HAVE TRUSTED THEM ...---
