Awesome staff. I live off Tymber Creek and it’s a convenient and quick place to get my potting soil, mulch and rare plant foods. The staff is super knowledgeable about everything from pet food to gardening. And they order the hard to get items for less than I can, even my dogs food. I prefer to give my $ to local businesses and I know their margins have to be small. Truly appreciate. Highly recommend.

Wow! I couldn't believe how UNFRIENDLY this place was to us! No hello when we walked in the door. I asked if we should wear masks. No reply. Two men near desk in the middle of the store. They never looked at us or even seemed to notice us at all. We drove all the way from New Smyrna Beach in search of Fromm dog food. We bought 2 bags and tried to make a little conversation about how we feed our dogs well. Nothing. How we buy Fromm in PA. Nothing. Ummmm. You got our business today guys , but we won't be back. I don't care if we have to drive another half an hour. A smile, a hello, a thank you is worth it. Geesh! Customer service =0 Try acting like you like your customers may just bring you some more.

Great selection of products however the customer service is sort of lacking; you have to approach them to receive any help. If this were not on my drive home from work, I would probably go to pet supermarket instead. I have been here several times and have never seen an employee wear a mask which is concerning.

Still love bull run because they have things I can't find anywhere else. Looks like we are adopting another cat and a dog after our last two lived until 19 and 20. If the owner is in a bad mood just tell him how cute his little Daxhsund dog is because he loves her and then he will be nice as can be. That's the secret I learned and I pass on to others. You're welcome :-).
