Took our senior dog for a grooming today and Suzy was AMAZING! He warmed right up to her and she made him look so handsome when she was done! She helped with his dry skin, was able to do a deshedding and he smells so good! Will definitely be back! Her pricing is very reasonable as well! Definitely recommend!!

I've used their self-serve dog wash for my 2 pugs. It's a great set up with everything you might need to clean, condition and perfume your pet. Products for sale for you to take home. You can also make an appointment and have your dogs experience the salon service!I recommend this business to pet owner. The owner is a saint ann's provides a great service.

It's Suzi show & from the moment we arrived you could tell she loves the dogs...fantastic job...she was recommended to me & I immediately recommended her to a friend to called to tell me how satisfied she was with the treatment her dog received. The place is sparkling clean & doesn't have that unpleasant smell so many grooming places have. Highest rating!

Read so many positive posts, thought I would give this groomer a try (my groomer (who is up in age) recently hurt her shoulder and cannot no longer work on anything but smaller dogs. Suzi inspected our dog for 5 minutes trying to get to know our dog and see if she could find any matting. She was amazed with a dog with such long hair that he wasn't matted at all. Never seen a groomer interact with a pet before like that; seemed kind of neat.We told her that he had alot going on in his life, overcoming cancer (lost his eye). That he was around 9 years old, asked that she would be careful when grooming around his eye, to leave the blank one covered up. She happily agreed. We explained that he is a Warm Wheaten Terrier. She assured me that she knew how to trim him. ---Went to pick up our dog. She was talking casually with a lady who was picking up her animal. Figured they were best of friends. They talked quite a while. No worries. I waited patiently. She got my dog. I stood there speechless. He was shaved in some places, almost to his hide. She first said, she got overwhelmed working by herself, people coming and going all day (which is totally understandable). Still in shock - Foolishly, I asked about his "Jagged haircut" (quickly realizing that was a poor choice of words on my part) and she got defensive and started making excuses that he was, all matted. (I didn't ask, I just paid and left) Not sure how our dog could get matted between dropping him off with her thorough inspection and when she groomed him)Paid $60 for a 30-35lb dog. Upon arriving home, his nails were uneven, teeth weren't cleaned and she shaved tight against his sewed over eye socket and underneath him. Life happens sometimes. I understand that. A phone call, letting us know that she needed to shave him almost down to the hide would've be appreciated, but knowing she was overwhelmed by herself, i guess she didn't have time. An apology would've been nice. ~FloridaGrownLooking on the bright side... It sure was a conversation starter and she sure has received a lot of free advertisement of our experience.

Clean safe facility. You can wash your dog yourself in their easy to use tubs. Or one of the professional groomers can wash / cut your pups hair.
