I’ve been waiting in line for 23 minutes. There are 9 people in line, only 1 teller who is taking a restroom break, so basically zero tellers. All of this to coerce people to accept a cashless society so that banks can, at the push of a button, remove access to your money if you say something that goes against the current regime or political objective(s)

My daughter wanted her own bank account and debit card, so I made an appointment. The only critique I’d have is that we had to wait 15 minutes, but after that our visit went smooth. Manager Jenny Whitehair guided us through the process, answering any and all questions and concerns we had. She approached my daughter in a very personal manner, making this an official yet exiting step into the grown up world. Signing with her autograph, her own PIN number and her choice of debit card design. My son didn’t want one at first, but getting inspired by all this, he changed his mind and wanted an account and card for himself as well. Jenny did a great job making this a milestone for them both, and Bank of America now has 2 fresh new customers ??Ps I’d suggest to make an appointment instead of walking in and I’m sure you’ll receive excellent customer service.

Not sure why the negative reviews. I went in today 12/16 with what I thought was going to be a major problem. Sat down with Jenny and showed her an email from my insurance company saying my escrow account never paid my premium and required immediate action. She made a few phone calls , One to their mortgage Dept an another to the insurance carrier. Turns out it was the carrier's error and I now have confirmation numbers and dates to show that in fact they were issued their check a month ago. I feel very fortunate to have stopped in today and watch Jenny go way above and beyond her duties by helping me out and assuring me everything was taken care of. All of the staff seemed very friendly and the customers seemed to know the tellers by name and it was honestly like going back in time. Very professional yet very friendly. I for one will be a lifelong customer. Michael M

Got an email from my homeowner's insurance that my premium wasn't paid through my escrow acct. I sure didn't want it canceled and go through inspections, higher premiums, etc. I sat down with Jenny and she went way out of her way making phone calls, tracking payments and so on. Turns out that the insurance company did get paid a month earlier. She made sure that I would get the proper documents and gave me confirmation numbers and dates. I highly recommend this office, EVERYONE was happy and friendly, Tellers seemed like they knew the customers like family, Something that seems to have been lost lately.
