I’ve banked with BofA almost all my life and I’ve never seen such a decline in customer service and basically nobody to talk to for help but the teller (singular). It’s such a shame because I was going to transfer my account when I move but not now. All the BofA’s have shut down drive thru, limited services, no sit down assistance, skeleton crew, plus more.

Even with limited hours, service is great! Manager named Brian is awesome! He even remembers my name and my Husband's.

I would have given them a 0 if possible, I have been a BOA customer for nearly 30 years, there branches , customer service reps, drive up windows do not care how long you wait in lines or on the telephone if you have a banking issue. If you want to open up a credit car account your wait is almost nothing. This is proof that when a Business gets this big CUSTOMER service is not something BOA is concerned about, so do your self a favor. Reach out and touch another bank. There hours have been cut to just a few hours a day and told it is due to the Covid issue. That is a bunch of trash when banks across the street are open with reg. banking hours. So for me it is going to be good bye BOA and hello SunTrust.

Bank of America has the worse customer service of ANY bank in the area. Closed Banks for months, limiter staff, no regard for customers time!! Heaven forbid you have a business and need change of a wire transfer. Good bye Bank of America Hello Wells Fargo.

While the boa branches in the area close super early, the employees at this location are great. I was closing an account, but it was nice that the staff members were so impressionable and capable. I've lived in a lot of places, so I've experienced my fair share of boa employees. Jeremiah was friendly and helpful on the phone, when I made my appointment to meet with Beverly, as well as when processing my withdrawal, and A.M. Vanessa checked in with me immediately upon my arrival. Beverly was not only professional, but hospitable. Another woman was there who also seemed gracious. The branch wasn't particularly crowded at this time. but I am sure their kindness shines in times of stress. Great team. Thank you!
