I had a great experience at the AT&T Store. McCartney (Wolf) was the person who helped us. He was very helpful and patient and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend this location!

Watch out for the 55+ scam AT&T is running. They do not disclose that the plan doesn't kick in until 2 billing cycles or there's an activation fee. And not only that, they do not disclose you have to be a member of AARP to receive the advertised pricing. I chose the 2 lines for $80 ($40ea) plan. My first bill was almost $200! Oh and they sign you up for Assurion. Then they leave the burden on you to cancel before 30 days to avoid being charged. That's a scam!

ATT installed the 5G fiber optics in my neighborhood then bombarded us with adds offering $200 to switch over internet at the same time they are advertising on TV getting $1000 off a new Samsung phone with a Samsung trade in. I was with spectrum and thought I would get faster service with the fiber optics and I really wanted the new ZFold phone so I made the switch and totally regret it, I noticed absolutely no difference in the internet speed and was totally lied to by the sales people at the store, imagine that. I was told the $200 would come in the mail as a Visa card in about 3 months, I never received it, by the time I called ATT they said it was emailed to as a digital card, after signing up I was bombarded with emails from ATT and missed, and was told it was too late to reissue a other e-card. The $1000 trade in? We'll call that a white lie, they give a small monthly discount on your bill for 3 years, so the only way to get that is to keep the service for 3 years, of courses never explained by the sales people. I do take partial blame for trusting a sales person and not reading the contract, should have known better. As soon as the phone is paid off I'm switching everything back to Spectrum. I LOVE the ZFold phone though.

We were in New Smyrna Beach for vacation and my daughter’s phone went blank and would not come back on. We went Ormond Beach to check out if they could help us or just to get a new phone. We walked in about 15 minutes until they closed. Danielle and her co-worker were doing some closing things. They stopped and were more than happy to help us. We ended up getting a new phone for my daughter. Even though it took :45 past closing time Danielle was very helpful. She was very through with us and was willing to help make sure the phone was working. This was the best experience I have had at an ATT store! Danielle was amazing!!!

Collin went above and beyond to make sure I got the phone I wanted. This was not the case at the New Smyrna Beach location. I highly recommend going to this Att store. I Had to remove a star for not following up with Megan from the NSB location. She offered me a better plan but left me sitting for far too long while she ignored and hid from an upset senior citizen she apparently never called back. Poor women was choked up indeed. I walked out. Seems like they could use more training.1 star after receiving my bill, I saw so many charges and fees. After being told it was 95$ my bill is 165. I will call to cancel.
