The storage unit itself is great. Clean, air conditioned and secure. However- other than when I initially rented the unit and spoke with someone on the phone, I could never get anyone on the phone again. When I moved my things out I called many times and left multiple messages but no one ever called me back and I was even charged for the next month even though I had completely moved out of the unit. Their customer service is terrible and really non-existent. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company for the extra month I was charged. I do not recommend this place at all.
