We recently had the absolute pleasure of working with Zelmar Kitchen Designs, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very beginning, their team stood out as friendly, welcoming, and truly understanding of our vision. Unlike other remodeling companies in the area, who seemed more interested in pushing their own ideas and designs that were out of our budget, Zelmar listened to what WE wanted. They took our ideas to heart and crafted a design that was perfectly aligned with our dream kitchen.
From the initial consultation, Zelmar provided us with a clear and detailed timeline for the work. We were so impressed that they stuck to this timeline meticulously, completing everything right on schedule. This level of professionalism is rare, and it gave us great peace of mind knowing we could rely on their word.
Communication was another strong point for Zelmar. Throughout the entire process, they kept us in the loop and were incredibly responsive whenever we had questions or concerns. This open line of communication made the remodel feel seamless and stress-free, which we greatly appreciated.
The contractors Zelmar worked with were nothing short of exceptional. They were not only skilled and professional but also very accommodating and easy to work with. They respected our home, our time, and our vision, and their dedication to their craft was evident in every detail of their work.
Now, as we stand in our beautifully remodeled kitchen, we couldn’t be more thrilled with how everything turned out. Zelmar Kitchen Designs turned our dream into a reality, and we are already looking forward to the day when we can renovate the rest of our house with them. We remodeled our kitchen with Zelmar and everything turned out amazing! Long story short, this was unplanned due to a water leak, but we wanted to make best of the situation and make some upgrades to our space. The Zelmar team took our ideas and re-designed our kitchen, to make it function so much better. It now looks amazing! We love our new space. All of the things we did big and small just make our kitchen function so much better. Their help and knowledge throughout the entire process was so helpful. The construction schedule was quick and they stayed right on schedule. Communication was great, even the various crews communicated with each other behind the scenes too. Our new kitchen feels top notch and is light years better than our previous kitchen that wasn't that old. I'd definitely use them again and will be recommending them as well.

We have worked with Zelmar Kitchen designs & more extensively on multiple projects. From start to finish they provide a stunning design which leads to a seamless remodel with an absolute A-team of contractors. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a beautiful design and a well executed remodel.

From the very beginning Zelmar exceeded our expectations. Their showroom is beautiful with a lot of different samples. The team they have their is very knowledgeable about the different materials, design trends, and things to avoid. Zelmar is the best mix of quality and cost effectiveness. They help guide us to a beautiful kitchen remodel and new floors throughout our home. The contractors that they linked us up with are wonderful as well. Dan, Tony, and Jon are all great contractors and even better people. All their work was fantastic, and we added on other tasks for them to complete in our home which they also did great and timely. Milan, Aleks, and Zeljko are on top of their business. They are great designers, organizers, and lead you comfortably through the process. Our remodel wasn't as straight forward as replacing cabinets and countertops. We had a fireplace removed, a soffit removed, a pocket door removed, and opened up a wall. Despite all that, the remodel and the floors and other contractor tasks we added on took 2 months in total. That is FAST. I would highly recommend any go with Zelmar for their home remodel.Services: Tile work installation

When looking into remodeling my kitchen, I started looking into a few companies, and they took what I wanted and talked about tearing down walls and the cost would have been way above my means, not to mention, I didn’t want to tear down the walls. There were no other suggestions to stay within my budget and get what I wanted. I really liked Zelmar Kitchen Designs & More because of their honesty. They did not try to sell me anything I couldn’t afford or what would not fit in the space available.This is a real family run business. My first visit to their store I met Aleks (Marketing and Design). We discussed what I wanted to have done and the space available. He took the time to explain why some things I wanted wouldn’t work in the space. He showed me many of the materials they had that would work.Next, I met Zelko (the owner and head designer) We set up an appointment at my home so that he could see the space I wanted to remodel. He came with the plumber and electrician, and they took measurements, and we discussed what I wanted and how they could implement the changes.My next visit was back at their store, Zelko had the plans drawn up for me to see and asked if I wanted them to go ahead with the job. He tried to implement everything I wanted and even went above and beyond and added a wonderful beverage area which gave me more cabinets and drawers which was my goal. I also love my new pantry, Super Susan and the cabinet for trays.The pictures also show the led lights under the cabinets.Milan (operations and finance) set up the proposed timeline for my approval and kept in touch with me throughout the renovation. He set up the contractors and called if there were any changes. He kept in touch with the contractors daily, if a problem did arise it was promptly rectified. The contractors were kind, courteous and professional.This family made the renovation relatively stress free and I am in love with my new kitchen, it turned out to be much more than I could have ever expected.Services: Remodeling

I highly recommend Zelmar Kitchen Designs. My wife and I were wanting to remodel the kitchen for years but I struggled to figure out exactly what we should do. They are a family run business and every step of the way we felt Zelko, Aleks, and Milan cared about meeting our budget and exceeding our expectations. We were walked thru every step of the process with explanations of what can and can't be done and why. They identified opportunities to save cost without sacrificing the quality and functionality of our final kitchen remodel. They selected and coordinated outstanding contractors (Stan is awesome!) who treated our home with care and minimized the impact to our lives. It really was amazing to see what they were able to create in that space....something I would have never visualized. My suggestion.... go with their recommendations! Our kitchen is now a centerpiece to the home and a pleasure to cook in!

Definitely would use them again. The project wasn't perfect. There were some miscommunications and some imperfections to the finished product that could have been avoided. That said, I am very pleased. You want to use these guys for your project! They have the best vendors. Friendly, hard working and respectful of your home. They all worked seemlessly together. I am confident in their workmanship. Zelmar was very professional as well. The guidance they gave in selection was spot on. Little details we would never notice was very helpful. They did in fact get the job done on time. Does that ever happen? Very impressive!

We are very happy with the results of our kitchen! We went into this renovation not having many ideas in mind and Zelmar picked our brains and brought in amazing samples at our first meeting. After getting to know us, they were able to bring in more ideas that brought everything together. They spoke very highly of their contractors and I understand why. The three that we saw frequently were friendly, professional, and extremely precise. Zelmar did a wonderful job at coordinating all the contractors and we were very happy to have a timeline of completion so we could schedule around the work being done. There were very minimal hiccups along the way, but everything was completed with ease. Absolutely one of the best vendors I’ve worked with! They remodeled our older master bathroom with a contemporary design.My favorite things about Zelmar are the straightforward advice, strong vendors, quality materials/workmanship and timely completion.This family-owned business works with you on overall design and materials. Then, they select one of their teams to estimate the plumbing and contracting work as separate estimates. You also order your fixtures and glass directly from recommended vendors. While this sounds complicated, Zelmar kept all the moving parts on schedule. Easy peasy.They gave me solid advice on what could and could not be done. This led me to make smarter design decisions. They recommended a layout which was much better than I originally envisioned.Their plumbing and contracting partners were outstanding. Easy to work with, strong execution, respectful while in my home and cleaned up after themselves. In particular, the attention to detail by Coates Contracting made me a fan. Little things like the placement of tiles so the grain continues, the level surfaces, etc.Home improvement projects can be so stressful, but this one was not. It was on time, on budget and exactly as envisioned. I highly recommend and have already sent a colleague their way.Service: Remodeling
