The lines at this store are the slowest I ever seen. Decent selection of clothes but the wait time to purchase clothes makes the shopping experience uneventful.

If I had the option, I would give less than zero. I wonder why all Zara stores have the most rude, unfriendly, and disrespectful customer service. Why don't they train their employees to be nice and respectful? That is their job. If they simply smile, welcome the customer, and respond in a nice manner, what would they lose? However, I have observed that the customer service at these two locations at the Florida Mall and Disney Springs is awful. I would just try on items and let them clean up after, never purchasing from the store. If I like a piece, I will go online. This is what they deserve.?

This is the laziest customer service i’ve ever seen. They refused to make a sale all because they didn’t want to undress and redress a mannequin. This store has great pieces but the employees are so lazy and unwelcoming.

This store has a lot to improve in customer service. Not a welcome environment. Not even hi, i when to the cashier and Christian store Manager call me “next”. I could observe that the other cashiers did not even say thank you to the customers. The store manager have the same behavior. That is really sad that a great clothing store have a manager and staff with poor customer service. Management need to lead the example of how to treat customers. How wants to shop in a store where the staff hates to help you.

Bought pink ladies shirt at Zara store in Aruba only a few days ago with a hole in it. We did not notice the defect before we boarded the ship. With tag, receipt, and unworn shirt, store manager refused to exchange the shirt for the exact same item. Could have easily been a defective store swap to keep a pair of loyal customers from leaving the store unhappy. The store manager, a dark haired, muscular young man with tattooed left forearm continued to provide piss poor service before we left and refused to give me his name.

My wife gave me a gift of some shirts, which were of no use to me. I went to the store where my wife bought them in Florida Mall Orlando and they did not make the change because 30 days had already passed, even though I spoke with the store manager. I can understand that there is a policy, but I am not asking for my money back, I just wanted to exchange them for others, I was even going to pay a difference because the ones I decided to take were more expensive and in no way did they want to make an exception. I'm not one to give bad reviews, but when I don't see any action for wanting to help me, it bothers me a lot because it's a lot of money wasted. I won't buy anything from them again.

The store was very clean and there were all ages of people there. Though there seemed to be more 20 somethings as well as more senior citizens shopping there when I visited. I think it's a nice store, with a good overall shopping experience. ☺️

I picked up an order from here. It came in a box. I asked if I could have a bag so that it would be easy to hold while I walked around the mall. They wanted to charge me 50 cents for a bag because they are for “purchases only”….. girl…I just purchased some pants…

I love Zara but cannot stand the customer service here in 2023, at the FL Mall. The products are great but leadership cares little about the repeat customers or experience of customer in store for a long period of time now.Every time I’m shop here the team is despondent and fatigued. The lines are long and they carelessly look over the unhappiness and continue to do little side projects that are not that important to the customers here and now trying to pay and go.Please hire more front store agents, or some type of leadership that will hop in and bang it out!

Now they created a new return policy, if you don’t have the receipt, they only exchange it for the same item and same color. And the worse part, they don’t ask for your email or phone number at the checkout anymore, it means you’l haven’t way to change the items, they are making all this to not change anymore. PAY ATTENTION AT THE CHECKOUT OR DONT BUY IF YOU’RE NOT SURE ABOUT THE ITEM

Great selection of items...unfortunately Iwon't go back! Went on yesterday to make a return for the 2nd time. 1st time unable to make return because I forgot my receipt. Ok. No problem. 2nd time i return with receipt, clothes unworn, and all tags attached. The employee was rude, did not speak English, and proceeded to inspect every item as though he wanted a reason to decline the return. As a matter of fact...no one at the counter seemed to speak English. Horrible service...Maybe if I spoke Spanish and my complexion was lighter things would've been different.Seems to be the narrative here in Orlando now.
