Zara has a new policy of sending the purchase receipt by text message and some cashiers don't know what they're doing. They don't confirm the phone number with the customer, therefore the customer doesn't receive the purchase receipt and can't exchange the item of clothing because there's no evidence. Money lost, like what happened to me yesterday at Zara in Florida Mall, where I can't return or exchange the clothing. Cashiers should be attentive to what they're doing and not be talking to the other cashier and rushing through things because that's why mistakes happen. If they're not going to do their job right, the store has its doors open for them to leave and so people who want to do a good job have the opportunity. Was 9/14/2024 in Florida Mall.

None of the staff made any effort to assist me; only the store manager addressed all my concerns. She's a courteous young woman who genuinely cares about her customers. I’m extremely thankful to her!

Zara is my favorite store but lately I noticed the quality of the clothes is cheapening and the prices are increasing. The shoes used to be so classy and now they are nothing to be desired. Not sure who their new buyers are but maybe it is time to switch it up.

Zara - Florida Mall ??
I was gifted a cologne that was defective. Manufacturer did not install the mechanism to pull up the cologne. So after little use, it is too low and can no longer draw up any more cologne to spray. After realizing it was defective and connecting with Customer Service online - I was referred to the store. Explained the situation and was rudely spoken to by the department manager (RUBI or RUDI). Provided the receipt and she didn’t even try to help in resolving the issue. A simple exchange of the cologne would have easily resolved it, and I even explained to her I don’t want the same one (Green for Him - is discontinued). Horrible customer service and no way to speak and treat customers. Used to love this store, but will not be shopping there any longer. Too many options out there and with better customer services!
