If you’re looking for the perfect place to buy a ring look no further and go to the Zales and see Connie. She was amazing and attentive during the entire process. She answered mine and my fiancés questions without pressure to buy and allowed us ample time to think over our options. The best part was she remembered my fiancé and I which made us feel like she truly cared about us and our ring buying experience. Thank you Connie for making me a ring I will forever cherish.

Connie was a huge help building and customizing the perfect ring for my fiancé, unlike other stores that were pushy to find their most expensive piece and judgmental when she wasn’t interested. Connie found us the ring that was right for us and gave us the freedom to decide when and what to buy.

Our experience at Zales was a breeze all because of Connie! She helped guide us to find exactly what we wanted and informed us on the amazing sale! She made the purchasing process so easy and was super nice! I’d definitely recommend Zales in the Florida mall and if you go, look for Connie, she’s the best! ?

Very rude staff, unfriendly attitudes, Managers are unprofessional. Sent ring in for repair, came back more damaged. Not a sorry or anything. Just told it happens. And sent it back off for 2 more weeks. skip this store next time. There are other locations. Will be buying jewelry from competitors going forward.

Shopping at this location was an amazing experience. The consultant, Sandra Giraud was great, she assisted me and my wife and help us get something my wife fell in love with. You can tell it's about the customer and not just the sale. All around great experience.

I would like to thank Theresa at the store and Jordyn in customer service. I purchased a necklace at Zales to surprise my wife for Christmas. The cluster broke and we sent it to get it repaired. The necklace was fixed and was sent back to the store, the staff and I couldn’t find it. I spoke to several mangers that took my information and said they would contact me. This situation was going back and forth for about 2 years. I met Theresa, she said the same thing but her actions spoke for her. She called and gave me updates, and gave me different scenario’s Ms.Jordyn closed the deal by taking care of the lost necklace and I was able to get the exact one that was lost. Thank you lady’s I hope the company acknowledge the hard work and celebrate you as well.
