Awesome is not a strong descriptor. Harry guided me through a lengthy and?delayed process ( due to unique factors) with sound advice loads of information advice and videos. Yes videos that gave me a picture of what to expect what to avoid and how to assist with getting to a closing date.

My husband and I decided that it was time to buy a home when we realized that we were paying so much for rent. We came to the Bing Realty Advisors; they referred us to a lender and assigned us to Bruno. Despite our low price point, Bruno was able to locate a completely renovated home for us with brand new appliances installed the day of closing. I received $10,000 in down payment assistance which reduced the amount of closing costs we had to pay out of pocket. During the transaction we experienced some delays and the Bing Realty Advisors were able to negotiate 4 extensions for us at no cost. In addition, my mortgage I will be paying only $869 monthly for my new home, which is less than my rent. Found a home that I love in a very affordable price range and saved a lot of dollars. I would highly recommend the Bing Realty Advisors.

With my lease expiring and my landlord wanting to raise the rent, I decided that it was time for me to buy my own home. I attended a first time homebuyer class where I met Harry Bing. I was hoping to use down payment assistance but due to my income I did not qualify. Harry said no worries and he got me in contact with a lender that has a program that would contributed $6363 to my down payment and closing costs. Bruno from Harry’s team also located a home for me that was on the market for 30 days and got the seller to pay $6360 towards my closing costs. The Bing Realty Advisors did all that for me while working under the pressure of my lease ending soon and the need to find me a home in record time. I was under contract within just two weeks after my initial conversation with Harry and after receiving all those credits, I only had to bring $93 to the closing table.

We came to the Bing Realty Advisors with hopes of purchasing our first home and time was of the essence as our lease was expiring soon. Within just two weeks, Bruno from Harry's team had us under contract and helped us purchase a home for $2000 below market value. Harry Bing put us in contact with the right lender and we were able to get $15,000 in Down Payment assistance and brought only $211 to closing. During the transaction, we encountered several mishaps that created delays. However, Bruno was able to negotiate two extensions to the contract for us without us having to pay a per diem fee to the seller. We would highly recommend the Bing Realty Advisors, they are knowledgeable about the market and are aware of the resources that are available to buyers.

With my family growing, I had decided that it was time for me to purchase a home. I came to the Bing Realty Advisors, they explained the home buying process to me, got me in contact with the right lender, and I was assigned to one of their agents, Bruno. Bruno was always available to show me any properties that I wanted to see and he did so in a timely fashion. I found a home that my family loved and the Bing Realty Advisors were able to negotiate for me to purchase the home at $10,000 below asking price, which was also $8,000 below appraised value. I said “WOW! What a steal?!” Also, I received $10,000 in down payment assistance from the lender that they had referred me to, which reduced the amount I had to bring to closing significantly. Throughout the process I encountered some issues with my financing and the team was able to negotiate 3 extensions for me without me having to pay a per diem fee. I had some works I wanted to get done to the house, Harry was able to refer me to some affordable contractors who did an outstanding job for me. I saved a ton of money, I was quick to contract, all my house needs were met. I would highly recommend the Bing Realty Advisors

After taking the first time homebuyer course with Harry Bing, I decided to work with his team, the Bing Realty advisors; because of their knowledge and expertise. I was assigned to Bruno, one of his buyer agents. Though my price point was low and there were few houses on the market, Bruno did not give up on me and kept searching for a home for me and my daughter. Finally I was able to find a home. When the home did not appraise, the Bing Realty Advisors were able to negotiate the price and I bought the home for $7000 below sales price. I had lost all hope of finding a home in my price range but due to their hard work, resilience, market knowledge, and expertise, the Bing Realty Advisors found a place for me to call home and helped me pay $7000 less for it.

My sister-in- law recommended me to the Bing Realty Advisors. At the end of July I came to the Bing Realty Advisors looking to purchase my first home. I made them aware that time was of the essence since my lease was expiring end of September, which gives me exactly 2 months to find a home. We came to Harry Bing a few months ago regarding purchasing our first home for our family. Within the first week, Harry and his team had us under contract but unfortunately, we encountered a major setback and had to take a break from the purchase process. During that time, Bruno, one of Harry’s associates kept in contact with me, assisting me with anything I needed. I met Harry at the First Time Home Buyer class and judging on his knowledge and expertise teaching the class, I figured that it would be wise to use him as my realtor. I contacted him and he assigned me to Bruno, one of his agents. I met with Bruno for the initial buyer consultation where he showed me the different homes on the market and different prices. Right there and then I saw one that I liked and Bruno set the appointment for me to see the home the day after. Upon seeing the home and loving it, he discussed with me the best strategy to prepare an offer that the seller would accept above all the offers that they’ve received. And just like that, within 1 day of meeting with the Bing Realty Advisors, I was under contract. I was working with a lender who did not know anything about down payment assistance so Bruno got me in contact with the right lender and I received $15000 towards my down payment and closing costs so I brought $0 dollars to closing. There’s more; the house appraised for $4000 below the sales price and the Bing Realty Advisors negotiated the price down for me and I did not have to come up with the difference out of my own pocket. I was under contract quickly, got all my closing costs paid, and paid $4000 below asking price for my home.

I met with Harry Bing for an initial consultation and he was very informative regarding the process and the different programs that can help me as a first time homebuyer. I was assigned to one of his agents, Bruno Lubin. With my lease expiring soon, Bruno relentlessly showed me homes hoping to find me a home in record time. As a result, we located a completely remodeled home and I was under contract. Using his negotiating skills, I purchased the home for $24,500 below market value. Bing Realty Advisors also put me in contact with the right lender and I received $7500 in down payment assistance to help with my closing costs. Despite the home being sold AS IS, Bruno negotiated repairs to some items that I found alarming on the home inspection report. Overall, I was highly satisfied because Bing Realty Advisors helped me reduce my out of pocket costs, I purchased a home within my budget way below market value.
