We had a washer delivered this morning in Satellite Beach, Florida. The two delivery men were extremely professional, courteous, respectful and friendly. They are beasts. They carried the new washer up to the second floor and removed the old one quickly without touching a wall or rail. I would highly recommend this company and the two men who executed our delivery. We are very satisfied.

HORRIBLE!!!! Purchased our microwave from Sam's Club amonth and a half ago and have had nothing but problems with RXO/XPO installation. They cancelled and changed delivery schedule once and installation twice. Promised us multiple times to call back and reschedule. Never called back. Never. Ever. Not once. Received 2 emails verifying installation today between 12:30-4:00pm and they came at 10:00AM. Since we were running errands at the time, they cancelled the delivery and require us to reschedule for the 3rd time. TWO E-MAILS SAID THE INSTALLATION WAS TO BE TODAY BETWEEN 12:30PM AND 4:00PM. Two emails!!!! At this point, we've been without a microwave for a month-and-half going on two months. All because RXO/XPO can't figure out how to adhere to a schedule, call people back, update database instructions, and perform the services they were contracted to perform. I WILL NEVER EVER KNOWINGLY PURCHASE ANOTHER ITEM THAT CONTRACTS WITH RXO/XPO. There is a reason their feedback is so low. Grade: FFF- (would give an even lower grade if that were at all possible.)

It was quite location the staff friendly and fast , just do not be misled when you make a turn to florida crown do not stick into the right line , the security will try to keep you hold , tell him i am going to XPO logistics not humana , he hold me about 1 hour before he realizing the mistake

Worse delivery company don’t do it and if buying from Samsung tell them use different delivery! They literally just texted me right now to cancel my “confirmed” delivery for tomorrow morning! This company is a joke! Do not use them VERY unreliable then they act like they are helping you out lol

Ordered a fridge from Lowes and after a failed 1st attempt due to driver inexperience, the company is a no call/no show on 2nd attempt. 3-7:30pm window delivery so waited all day without the courtesy of even a call. Customer service is non-responsive. XPO is making Lowes look bad…

Our new refrigerator was scheduled for delivery between 8 a.m. and noon today in Orlando, FL. The driver called at 10:45 a.m. and said he would be here in 15 minutes .It's now after 8:30 p.m. and we have no delivery or refrigerator. This service is horrible. When I called the number that contacted me, it was answered in Texas. They transferred my call to a Florida numer, but noone answered .This service totally disrupted our day and failed to make a promised delivery. I now here that this happens all the time with this delivery service. It's horrible.

Before buying a product that needs to be delivered check to make sure they do not use XPO. They delivered a damaged appliance on first try. Second delivery the appliance did not work or was connected wrong The third attempted the company was a no show. There problem is customer service department is in Manila. Good Luck.

Scheduled delivery for 8am to 12n. No delivery and almost impossible to find out why. Local phones are not answered. Had to reach HQ and they were of no help either. Their response was that they would get in touch with me in the future, just to wait for their communication and nothing they can do besides that. Shameful that Samsung America uses them as their shipping/delivery agent as it reflects on them.

Worst service I’ve seen. First of all I never got a call with a time window of delivery, I just figured it out online.I live in a gated community, and the driver didn’t even try to come in (goes to my phone to open the gate).He called me from his unknown cell number which of course my phone filtered (I’m assuming because there was no voicemail either). Got called by XPO within 3 minutes, I was outside within 5 minutes and no one was there.Customer service was unhelpful and told me the driver had 15 minutes to wait (he definitely didn’t wait) and could only tell me ‘he tried to deliver it.’Wasted my day waiting for this delivery and they didn’t do their job. At all.

I have waited 3 months for my delivery. I placed my order January 26.It arrived at the pickup location less than 1 week later. I get a call to schedule my delivery and the closest opening was April 15. 3 months later on April 15 I still have no delivery, although the tracking says delivery completed with an exception that it was not delivered due to a carrier issue (go figure). I called customer service and to no surprise I was told I would receive a call back to reschedule my delivery.A new work order was opened (internally) in which they already have a delivery date of July 15. Another 3 months. This is the absolute worst company I have dealt with. I receive deliveries every day with no issue from FedEx, usps, ups etc.THIS company, XPO Logistics, is a joke, the absolute worst and couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. I highly DO NOT recommend

I'm trying to get my Samsung appliances delivered. They never called ahead of time nor did they actually show up... They said they were at my front door, I went and checked my from doorstep, and no one was around. They said I wasn't home. I took the entire half day off to receive my appliances only to be lied too. Samsung should be ashamed that they use this company.

I have been patiently awaiting the arrival of my peloton bike! I was soo excited that it was coming today. It was scheduled to be delivered between 2-5pm. My husband had made plans to be home at 2 o'clock from work for the delivery team. The delivery team called me at 1:10 saying they would arrive in 20 minutes. I informed them that no one was home because the time window specified said 2-5pm and we had adjusted ourselves for that time. The delivery driver said okay and hung up. At 1:30 I received a call saying they had arrived to deliver the bike. Of course at this time no one was home. I told the driver that I had contacted my husband but the earliest he would arrive was in the next 20 minutes. The driver said okay and confirmed my address because he couldn't find the house number because he had written it down wrong. When my husband arrived home he said no one was outside of our residence. We have a ring doorbell and not once did anyone ring the doorbell or try to confirm if anyone had arrived to the house. I called the number back for the driver and of course no answer twice. I proceeded to call customer service who was of no help and asked to speak with someone higher up. I was transferred to solution services and spoke with an operator about the situation. There was of course no solution reached. If there is a time window set during a work week window they should arrive at the time specified not before. There was no real communication about them being able to arrive early or not even having the courtesy to call and say they were departing. I asked to speak with a supervisor at the Orlando location and couldn't. So who is running the operations there if I am just being transferred between the customer service lines. This was a very unprofessional delivery and I can't wait for my bike to arrive so I no longer have to have business with them.
