This place is amazing. We’ve been owners since 2021. Whenever we come to Orlando, this is our home away from home. Management is awesome, and the amenities are as well. Guest services will make you not want to leave. The location is prime with Disney and other main attractions at your convenience. The service is just shy of pampering.

Stayed in a two bedroom unit. It was clean and adequately furnished, well supplied and maintained. The kitchen was updated with new granite countertops but the bathroom seemed a bit dated. You could hear the noise of the people occupying the unit above us when they moved furniture or their kids were running around. . It was not swimming weather but the pool was open and the common grounds look clean and very well maintained During the check-in process the front desk gave me only one door key and said the concierge desk would give me free wristbands for each person in the room that can be used as a key on the property. The concierge desk was extremely pushy and outright rude when I refused to give them a credit card to book an " owners update meeting". This is obviously a high sales pressure timeshare but the pushy rudeness was insulting. I will not return.

Just stayed here for a week long trip after thanksgiving and had an amazing time. The location is on international drive so not that far from universal where we were heading. It’s down the road from sea world and maybe 15 minutes from Disney. So honestly a great spot from all parks. Checking in was a little bit of a hassle since our room wasn’t ready until about 5;30PM however they were very apologetic and kept communication with me which was appreciated. Besides the wait for the room, check in was fast and easy and I wasn’t bombarded with any time share talk which was a first for us !! We usually stay in condo style resorts for the home comfort and almost always get pitched. So we greatly appreciated not having to fight our way out of that conversation. Our room was awesome, it was clean and modern. It had everything we needed kitchen wise, we were also luckily on the first floor so when we walk out to the patio we were right on the mini golf course which our boys enjoyed. I would definitely be staying here again!! I highly recommend this place, I was seriously so happy coming back to our room every day after the parks.

Amazing place! The room was outstanding. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area, two balconies, dishwasher… and even garbage disposal! The washer/dryer was conveniently on the same floor (and two more).The people working there were great! Melissa Bentley was amazing.My wife and I went there to visit Universal Studios and we loved everything!Definitely the spot to go and return when you visit Orlando!Rooms: Great space, lovely view and 2 bathrooms! What a blessing!Nearby activities: Universal Studios are 20 minutes drive from the hotel.Noteworthy details: Oven , microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer/dryer, balconies… so much! So awesome!

Came to visit my aunt for the last night here. Very nice room with full kitchen. Quiet and spacious. Nice pool area that was heated. There were extremely inappropriate and loud men and one was exposing his private last night while me and my daughter were heading to the car. This was when security was walking the premises and he just kept going while that happened for quite sometime right near him. I was very upset but did not want to make a scene or approach the 3 men. I just left. But no little girl should hear or see that.

I stayed in one of the presidential suites with friends, and it was so beautiful. It was the top floor on the end closest to the pool area. I enjoyed the large kitchen and the balcony was huge!!Nearby activities: Convenient to all the nearby theme parks, especially Sea World.Food & drinks: Very close to all the amazing restaurants on International Drive.

There was a nasty clump of hair left in the shower by the previous tenant of the room. Crumbs all over the counters and floor. And stuff on and inside the toilet. The whole room was NOT clean to even a modest standard. And when i requested that room service clean the room. They cleaned up pretty much nothing besides the hair in the shower. What would it take to get a decently clean room? Even after telling them it wasnt clean.On top of that, the smoke detector's batteries weren't maintained. Causing them to screech, and have a handy man come into our room during our stay to replace them.ALSO; This IS NOT A HOTEL, it is infact a MOTEL. Which isnt what i expected,but that part is my fault for not looking into it.Honestly the one thing going for this place is the front desk staff. They were friendly and accommodating. They even went through the effort to write us a greeting card with balloons because we said it was our honeymoon. They really did try to go above and beyond. And for that reason it got an extra star.It was solely the fault of the custodial staff why this place is 1/5 ?I wouldn't pick this motel as my first choice When i return.Rooms: While a good value for the size. They weren't clean.

While it looks nice on the outside, the rooms, particularly the bathroom are in major disrepair. Our towel rack collapsed as we pulled a towel from the shower. The knobs to turn on the water are very loose and not secured. There are numerous paint chips and cracks. We found odd stains on the walls. There’s noticeable light and wind coming through the cracks on the front door. The fluorescent lighting the halls are a bit tacky and motel like.The location is perfect, the pool looks clean, the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The rooms were great and we could definitely stay here again. We frequent Florida so it's nice to have a few options in terms of places to stay. The only thing we didn't like was as owners of Wyndham you have to pay for Wi-Fi daily. It should be included. We were forced to pay for 10 days even though we were only staying for 7 days.

Very nice place. Great value. We looked for a place with 2 rooms and a parking included. It was ideal. Lobby is cute and staff was great on our arrival.We didn't try the pool.Room was clean and had everything we needed. No daily HK for your information.Wifi is not free we payed 23$ for our stay. But rather pay this than 20$ daily parking.Overall great place I would recommend.

Over all it was nice because of the pool and the staff wasn't bad because I'm pretty grim with myNo on the timeshare presentation especially since I already own two of them. I loved the pool area we found a bug in the bed not sure if it was bed bug or not and that's the only reason it's getting 3 stars

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were nice and spacious. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because of the time share presentation I was basically forced to attended. The lady at the desk said she would like to offer me a free week long stay at any of their resorts so of course I said yes and then she swiped my credit card for. $40 deposit before I even knew what was happening and told me I had to attend a presentation in order to get my money back. They kept us in the presentation for over 2 hours trying to convince us to buy a time share. Every time we said no they would send someone else to try and get us to buy until I had finally had enough and got pretty rude and firm with them and demanded they let us go. My advice to anyone who stays at this resort is to say NO to the presentation no matter what they offer you and if you find yourself in there anyway just be very firm with them and tell them that you are absolutely no buying anything. Don’t just buy it and assumes you’ll just cancel it later because it won’t be that simple you will basically be trapped and in debt.

Got referred to go to this resort and do a tour (suppose to last a hour) from seaworld concierge informed me to make $75 deposit to lock in my reservation and when I come to the tour $75 will be deposited back on the card I use just be sure to bring that same card and a Id and state I make more than 50,000 a year and I will be granted a 7 day 8 nights vacation trip for free. Be sure to ask “for my free gift.” Today I went to do the tour and drove a hour away. The resort is beautiful however the presentation did last a hour but at the end they make you sign a paperwork if you say no to the vacation package your suppose to get 7 days 8 nights for free and deposit back like I was told but that wasn’t the case. The paper work they want you to sign had show non refundable deposit when I asked why is the deposit non refundable when they concierge told me it was refundable they ask if I can prove that in writing? Because it show the deposit was no refundable I said no that is what was told to me and that I even called and spoke with someone prior to rescheduling the touring and they stated the same thing. They reach out to that concierge which ended up calling my phone and yelling at me stating he never told me that and I was lying. I told him I wasn’t going to argue back and forth I have witness who also heard you say the refund would be deposited back and that I am hanging up the phone. The experience was nice up until leaving they false advertise and then don’t want to honor they’re word. At the end of the convo the manager told the receptionist I can only get one the vacation or my money back if that was explained to me in the beginning I wouldn’t have wasted my time nor money to go all the way out there to begin with. All in all experience was horrible customer service was unprofessional no reason why I should even be getting a call and getting yelled at about something that was stated to lure me in and get me to pay into a time share that they state it’s not from the beginning. Triply is where I went if you get referred there just make sure what was told to you is in writing in your pamphlet as well and also make sure your deposit is refunded back to you and don’t just sign the paperwork without reading it.

It was a nice place. Everything appeared to have been refurbished yet there were some signs of wear and tear. The style was really nice. The area is really quiet. The staff was mostly nice. We really enjoyed the pool. We had a large cockroach in the shower the morning we were checking out. Maybe that’s bound to happen. My family was really comfortable there and it was a quick drive to parks or places to eat as well as not too far from the airport. My expectations were a bit higher with it being a presidential suite. It didn’t quite live up to that. Also, the WiFi wasn’t free which is in my opinion bizarre nowadays.
