We went to the store and purchased a cookie jar. My husband paid to have it shipped to our home. They didn’t even pack it in bubble wrap. They just placed the bag in a box and shipped it. It was broken into so many pieces when it arrived. It was a gift for my daughter and was not cheap. He called and they said they don’t have anymore. I am not sure if they are willing to refund the shipping as well.

They don't care about you. Very ignorant "cast members" who consider you a burden. Guy who helped me, was more concerned about small talk with his caddy co worker, he completely messed up my purchase and didn't give me one of my bags. I didn't notice until I was 70 miles away and had to drive all the way back. I was polite about it even though it made for a really rough day, and the personnel I talked to were SO MEAN TO ME about it! Disney has totally thrown themselves in the garbage.

Great Disney shop with many options. Prices are pretty affordable for Disney. It's usually pretty busy, but checkout is pretty quick. You can also do a mobile checkout.
