We purchased 2 really unique tables here (one for the entryway and one for the patio) and I am very happy. The entryway table is more like a piece of art. It was so big and heavy we had to have it delivered to Clermont, and that went well too. The small patio table was also artsy looking (mid-century modern style), but was the last one they had in stock and had a number of marks on it. The manager offered to have someone touch it up though, and it looked brand new when it was delivered along with the other table. My husband and I could actually not believe how great it looks! Highly recommend looking here (and also at the Dr. Phillips Blvd. location in the Marketplace) if you want something different, artsy, unique, and/or upscale for your home! The sales people were all very nice and helpful too!

Former employee going through these reviews. Blatant lies are being told. The "store closing" auctions are like the spirit Halloween stores. Pop up, sell, and go to the next location. There are ALWAYS 2 or 3 secret bidders (Referred to as BBs) in the audience of EVERY SINGLE ONE of the auctions to bid the price at least up to company cost. The auctioneer or the employee use secret codes to tell the secret bidders when to bid and when to stop. Watch the people who seem to be buying everything. Come back to the next auction and see everything they allegedly bought is still there and for sale.

From start to finish it was a pleasure to do business with World of Decor.We knew the item would take at least six months for delivery.World of Decor kept us up to date with shipping and delivery updates. The two gentlemen that delivered the large bulky heavy item were great as well.Will definitely go more business in the future with World of Decor.

I don’t know how else to say it without sounding corny so I’ll say it… I arrived to their massive showroom as a customer, and left there as a friend. And I have returned for more purchases. Seeing is believing. The selection is colossal. I am aware they do a lot of business on the Internet, but since we live about 2 1/2 hours from the show room, we have gone a few times in person. You can’t be that beat the quality for the price. Their offerings are novel and nothing like the ho-hum that you get in most furniture markets. Plus Melissa has decades of experience in the business and really knows what she’s doing. She was very patient and let us work through the decision process without being pushy. Can’t say enough about this place and the valuable connection we made with the salespeople. Makes me want to get another house and decorate all over again. Maybe not haha!

I would like to say Miss Melissa has been a wonderful help for me I appreciate the time and effort that she took to help me whenever I come to the store tremendously the time of the effort that she threw for all or customers including myself I don't know what I would do without her happy help.

They used to be in South Florida and I was a regular there. I loved the auctions there and felt awful when they left. I bought several things from WOD and when something went wrong, (something peeled for instance) they made good on the item. Whenever I called them they were responsive to my problem. They are a wonderful company to do business with.

I have read the reviews and many speak to the auction experience. I have only visited the store during normal business hours. I find the selection to be eclectic and the prices very good. It's an interesting place to walk around and they have some very unique and one of a kind pieces. If you are tired of shopping in the traditional furniture stores like Rooms to Go, City Furniture, etc., this is the place to go.
