The cashier was seated behind the register but didn't even greet us as we walked in. We walked around looking at the treats and toys and she never once said a word. We weren't there for grooming but this made us decide to not come back.

Our boy Teddy is an elderly rescue and has a lot of fear triggers. The ladies at Woof were excellent at making him feel comfortable and we will definitely be back.

I love the variety of goods and services they offer. What is even better is the top notch staff. It is one of College Park's gems if you ask me. Do yourself and your dog a favor and stop in.

No communication between check in and the groomers. Always get a different cut then asked for. Waste of time with having to come back second time to get correct. No attention to detail for sanitary areas when asked for short trimmed and paw area.

Owner fabricates reality in order to punish other people for her own mistakes. I informed her of her mistake but rather than accepting responsibility she decided to lecture me. When I ended the conversation she called me "unfriendly"

Just returned from Woof! Orlando for my puppy’s first groom. Michelle and her staff are top notch and answered all my questions without hesitation. I also wanted to make sure she kept her scraggly look intact and they did exactly that. I even booked her next groom before leaving!They sell a large variety of treats, baked goods, toys, accessories and more.

Love Woof Orlando! They’ve been amazing to my Labradoodle Colby as his groomers and playcare sitters. The staff are super kind and also love him. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I can not say enough great things about this groomer. My long hair chihuahua had never been groomed before. They did an absolute amazing job. The whole place was wonderful from the front desk lady Cassie to the lady who groomed my baby. He looks so great and I will be back!!
