After calling some places that went to voicemail, this place customer service was great. They were able to give my 4 dogs a appointment fast for the weekend. Their place is beautiful decorated, my nieces loved the place that they brought their dog as well.

Took my dogs here for the first time and they both saw Brandon! Brandon did such a great job. The smell that is on their dog fur smells amazing and their nails are no longer so noisy on my hardwood floors. They both super exhausted they have been sleeping for 3 hours straight since I picked them up. Thank you so much!! Can’t wait to take them back again!!

I took my golden doodle to Woof Gang for the first time. All of the staff was so friendly and Haley did a fantastic job. She took the time to listen to what I really wanted in his cut. We have found a new home for our grooming and bakery needs.

They really deserve 0 stars. Took my pooch in for first time (in 5 years). They bathed him and started to trim him. The groomer cut with the razor a skin tag on his belly. She had to have felt it when she bathed and dried him yet cut over it anyway. She didn't finish the trim, called ne to say he was bleeding badly and come get him. We picked him, half shaved, and bleeding. They still charged us $45 - never apologized or even offered a redo or store credit. Now I have to take him to the vet and spend more $ , when it was Wolfgangs fault entirely.

The owner is aware of my issues and responded, but we will agree to disagree as to how the matter should be resolved. In this case the customer is wrong even though the pictures shared speaks volumes. I am declining a 10% discount that was offered on a future visit because of my lack of confidence in the facility given the numerous chances previously provided. I should have learned my lesson sooner. I will not be returning and will not recommend this facility to others. My advice is to not provide payment until the groomer actually comes out (as opposed to staff) with the dog and you are satisfied.
Follow up to owner response:
I would appreciate it if you don't misquote me. I actually never demanded a full refund. I was asked by the manager what refund I wanted. I said that I would share the photos of the poor haircut compared to the photo of the haircut requested and then we can discuss further. I also never threatened a bad review. I said I would provide an honest review which I did. I intentionally avoided the specifics to avoid public accounting of the details that I knew would get misconstrued. I was informed that I needed to come back within 72 hours to fix the groom but unfortunately unless you can make the hair on his ears come back within a few days, there isn't much that can be done in that time frame. We have been loyal customers in the past which is why I had higher hopes for a better grooming experience and greater professionalism. Like you said, we will move on and find another groomer.
