THE OFFICE STAFF ARE MOST DEFINITELY HAVING PEOPLE TO WRITE THESE FAKE REVIEWS. IMAGINE LIVING HERE FOR OVER 3 YEARS. YOU ALWAYS PAY YOUR RENT ON TIME. AFTER WORKING ALL DAY YOU WANT TO COME HOME AND HAVE COMPANY. YOU CAN’T HAVE ANY VISITORS BECAUSE THEY NEVER HAVE ANYWHERE TO PARK. IF THEY ARE NOT IN A GUEST PARKING SPACE THEIR CAR WILL BE TOWED. THEN THE OFFICE STAFF TELL YOU ITS NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT. I BET NONE OF THEIR COMPANY GETS TOWED. ITS NEVER ANY AVAILABLE GUEST PARKING. THERE IS ACTUALLY OVER 20 EXTRA GUEST PARKING SPACES THAT ARE BEING OCCUPIED BY CONSTRUCTION WORKERS EVERYDAY UNTIL THEIR JOB IS COMPLETE. WHICH IS ALSO AN INCONVENIENCE TO TENANTS. MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE BECAUSE THEY HAVE RESIDENT PASSES THAT THEY CAN GIVE TO THEIR GUEST & PUT THEIR VEHICLES ON A DO NOT TOW LIST. ITS UNPROFESSIONAL AS WELL THAT THE PROPERTY MANAGER, EVERY OFFICE STAFF & EVERY MAINTENANCE WORKER RESIDES ON THE PROPERTY AT WILLOW KEY. LITERALLY THEY ALL LIVE HERE. YET NOTHING GETS FIXED IN A TIMELY MANNER. YET THE PROPERTY MANAGER IS QUICK TO THREATEN TENANTS WITH 3 DAY NOTICES. THIS COMPLEX HAS WENT DOWN EVER SINCE THIS NEW STAFF HAVE CAME IN.

Please take the time to keep the information on YOUR website, updated. I've check the website numerous times in the past week, for 2 or 3 bedroom availability & it provides the dates that BOTH are available. I've called & my partner has stopped by the leasing office, twice. Each time we were told there is NO availability & have to join the wait list. However, your website states OTHERWISE! Also, the employees are extremely unprofessional & have NASTY attitudes!

I'm not sure where Rainey Properties got this property manager and staff but they need to repeat it at every location. I've been a resident since Feb. I'd be lying if I said there hasn't been issues because there has. But the professionalism that my issues have been handle with is top notch!!! From the leasing agent Cobi who worked me thru the process to the assistant manager Noelia , all the way up to the property manager Jocelyn, this team truly cares about their residents and the property and making it someplace that you can call home.

The assistant manager Noelia went beyond her costumer service is exceptional she took the time to talk to me on the phone answer all my question and the way she greet me was really welcoming thank you so much !!! Look forward to meet you guys !!!

Very nasty apartments. After the new management took over everything decline. The park of the community is dirty, parking space is limited. The trash compartment? Let’s not even start there. The customer service, and maintaining the property has fall below border line. Leasing agents are never helpful and are very rude. Manager is never around or always somewhere but her office. Hard to contact the office or the maintenance line. Can’t never expect to have anything repair. The leasing agents will try to tell you what to do “to fix” the issue, but never sent anyone to fix it. Property manager is hard to deal with as I believe she needs speech education and a class for manners and adequate language. Oh and another thing when going into the office tenant problems should be kept confidential not exposed for everyone to listen.Management, and leasing team all needs to be evaluated in making sure they are all competent to do their job and task duties rather than sit and collect a check. Tenants pay rent and should be entitle to respect, clean environment and an adequate timely manner response.

I live in building #6 , I use to have issues with anything the office said or sent out . They was super annoying at times. When I really took the time to get to know the staff , I see they are regular ppl doing they job . I keep reading all this reviews and some have valid points and the others are just simply angry and will say anything when they are upset and something don’t go our way . I was one of them ! I realize the office doesn’t make the rules they just have to enforce them . The owners make the rules . I’m not a fan of the changes , but the changes has made things better . If you not happy , move out , because if I’m not happy I’m move somewhere I’m going to be happy . Great job willow key .

Honestly , I been living building #5518 for sometime and I have had my issues , but honestly the issues were here before the new management company was here ! I’ve had my times when I have came into the office and been very vocal and rude … and yet I still live here . The Office just asked can you give us an opportunity to correct the issues . It’s no reason to write from fake email , if you have an issue address the office . Don’t expect those ppl in the office to let us a residents talk to them any kind of way . The trash , honestly has gotten better , parking has got better , because the office has cracked down on all these ppl living with one person . Willow key keep doing what you doing . I’ve grown to like the staff no hard feelings continue to your job . We as residents when we don’t get our way , and don’t want to accept the new rules , we will make a fake account and say just anything . ! Be honest, go to office , voice your opinion , it worked for me , and I’m still living here. Remodeling can be better , but some of the residents use to the man Junior in the office and turning a blind eye , and these ppl don’t .

I been living here for over 5 years, and I want to point out the fake email accounts. I like the office staff , I like the new rules . Anytime there are new rules , everyone wants to complain. They just want to be able to do whatever they want and have 10 people living in one apartment . The parking is better , property is up kept , but it’s our neighbors who don’t keep up and dump trash . It’s us a resident who yells and screams in the office , how do you think the office is suppose to feel , they are going to ask you to leave the office . We as residents don’t understand there are rules everywhere we go . Some rules I don’t agree with, but they make sense . I love the office staff and the changes . They are more down to earth . Willow key keep your safe !

Where can I start. I been living in Willow Key for many years and seeing so many different staff and lease agents come and go. Out of all the years living in Willow Key 2020/2021 was the best times. Management care for their tenants and the community. It was pleasant to be able to go into the office and have a conversation with management and leasing agents. As of now the lady in the office jocelyne is very very nasty! She is disgusting. Her attitude is horrible and she talks to tenants how she feels like it. I know she won’t last long in position. Her minions are the two other leasing agents that follow as she says because they are both scared to loose their job. Jocelyne has been briving new tenants to write good reviews to try and hide the real reviews. But why will more than 5 people write great reviews about her exactly 2 weeks ago? She is very unprofessional. I know she won’t last here long. Neither will her minions. A lot of tenants have complained about her and I know a few that already reached out to corporate and to higher upper management. I know if we all come together she can be replaced. Willow key deserves INTEGRITY, HONESTY, and RESPECT. Doing the RIGHT THING MRS. Jocelyne goes the long way. TALK TO YOUR TENANTS CORRECTLY. INSTEAD OF THREATENING WITH EVICTIONS. Dictators don’t last long in position. LOVE YOUR JOB NOT THE POWER.
