I've used mail centers nationwide for both business and personal purposes, but none have matched the exceptional experience I have at the Williamsburg Mail Center. Jay and his team consistently exceed expectations, whether you're looking for assistance with shipping, printing, or any other service. I highly recommend this store.

Easy to access and plenty of parking. I arrived after 7:00 p.m. on a weekday, so they were already closed when I arrived. However, there is an external post box which I was able to use and mail my letters as planned. Note: it's always a good idea to check the service hours before setting off to an unknown location.

Crazy high prices. They tried to charge me 4x would it cost to do click and ship online with USPS... Won't bother going there again

Very limited capacity, I got here at 9:30am and the gentleman informs he can't accept my 20 USPS packages because of their capacity. If you have 1 or 2 packages, they will work, but don't waste your time with more.....they will send you to the post office.

Loved the experience here! Friendly and personable service - quick and easy drop off. Store has a lot of items for mailing as well. Owner was very polite and even spurred an interest in me to go kiting!

I think the man’s name was yogi but he allowed me to come in and do a package even tho they where closing and I ran in late. He was very funny and helpful! Definitely a nice face and personality to see when you walk into the store! There was another man to forgot his name tho, he helped me with taping my packages very friendly duo at this location!

What a great little store. so helpful.mailbox rentals, FedEx, packing and key cutting and so much more to list. The family that run the store have now extended hours and open Sundays.

Very fast and friendly customer service. They also provide notary for federal I-9 forms. There are a couple different big corporate competitors (UPS store) in the area, but I'd definitely go here again.
