Wemert Group Realty is the best realty firm I have worked with. Corey and Jessica made things go smoothly, even though it was a difficult transaction. Corey kept me informed and was readily available. Jessica handled the paperwork and kept me up to date with anything that needed my attention. I really can't say enough about how great they were to work with in buying my home. Corey was recommended to me by other people. I have nothing but good things to say about them.

Highly Not Recommended!!!!!!!
Working with Michele and Eric was absolutely a nightmare. We were looking for an investment property, we did most of the research and had to reach out to them multiple times to obtain any additional information about potential properties. They were not responsive and when we would call they would send us to voicemail with ‘ in a meeting will call back shortly ‘ and of course you never hear back. Giving you absolutely BS, we won’t wast our time talking about this firm. good luck with them.

We worked with Cindy Ziegler of Wemert Group Realty when purchasing a second home in Orlando. We started out knowing nothing about the suburbs around Orlando and Cindy took us to many different listings and different towns. Once we narrowed our search to Windermere and Doc Philips, Cindy continued to preview listings for us when we were out of state, or in town. We really appreciated Cindy's honesty and keen eye. She never pushed us into anything, and we appreciated her unvarnished reviews. She usually knew what listings were hot and would not last long, and those listings that were overpriced. Although Cindy saw scores of listings for us, and send videos, we never felt any impatience on her part. She truly wanted us to get a good house that was a good fit. We really appreciate Cindy's hustle, honesty and expertise.

Wemert Group Realty is an outstanding, knowledgeable, and professional team dedicated to helping you buy/sell your house with ease. In our case, we just purchased our first home (yay!) with the help of Corey, Tiffany, and Jennifer from Wemert Group Realty. All three of these great individuals were very easy to communicate with, were very organized, were caring, and honestly made the experience fun - and surprisingly effortless! They really handled everything for us and did their jobs very WELL. They really are a great team and a great company that I would recommend to anyone. I am so glad I found Wemert Group Realty and that they helped us find our home!

Jessica and Jennifer made a great team! They were so kind and helpful throughout the whole home buying process. They helped me buy my dream house on a budget in a short time period and got me a great deal in the perfect location. Rain or shine they made sure we were able to close. 6 years ago we bought our house and Jill Norburn was our amazing realtor!
Fast forward to 2024 and we decided to sell our house and Jill put us in contact with Corey Welch.
Corey was great to work with. He is very knowledgeable, honest, kind and professional. He told us if we had any questions to call or text him anytime day or night because he knows that sometimes we may have a question that does not necessarily need an answer right away, but he understands the importance of being able to ask the question while we are thinking about it so we don’t forget to ask it.
We would also like to thank Jennifer Sambolin for all the work she did behind the scenes.
The entire process of selling our house from beginning to end was seamless and we can’t thank Corey and Jennifer enough!

Art Bond and the Wemert Group are a phenomenon pair. We have listed two houses with Art. Each time we received above asking prices offers. Art goes out of his way and above and beyond most real estate agents to get your house sold. Once a contract is signed, the company takes care of every tiny detail for you. Their communication is excellent through the entire process.

Searching for our first home (and a forever home at that!) was an incredibly stressful process as first time homebuyers. Art Bond from Wemert is an absolute wealth of knowledge as a realtor as well as an incredible person, which made our entire process as easy as it could be. He's extremely personable and someone you NEED in your corner while navigating the ever changing market. I highly recommend Wemert Group Realty. I was going through a very rough time after losing my mother and honestly I did not know the first thing about selling a home. My sister and I called Wemert Realty to start because I had heard of them and seen their signs around town in people’s yards. Art Bond responded to our inquiry immediately. What a blessing! He was down to earth, educated on the process, willing to listen, willing to help and he went above and beyond to make sure that the process was as smooth as it could be for us.
