I have never been treated so badly in this branch, one of the officers has an incredible sense of customer service.
If you don't know how to deal with people you are in the wrong position.

Today at 1pm we had an appointment to open up a new business account. By mistake we selected the option to open a personal account and not business. After not being able to receive any help even though there were multiple bankers sitting in their office not attending any customers, me and my partner called a different bank and quickly booked an appointment elsewhere.Since i was at the branch already, I decided to pull out a cashiers check. After 45 mins of waiting since there were only two staff members behind the counter, I was approach by one of the bankers. She treated nicely and with respect and even apologized about the wait. She promptly went ahead and tried assisting me. On the withdrawal slip for the cashier’s check, my signature did not matched my drivers license and I was nicely asked to re-do the signature which I complied to without any issues. The banker after such, needed an approval from a higher upper. The lady that assisted her took her time to review my transfers on my personal and business account and even started questioning me as far as why I did such transfers. She even mentioned the transfers seemed to be very frequently.I took the time to explain to her the fact I own a business account with Wells Fargo and luckily our business it’s very profitable. I discussed with her that the company is set up as an S Corp therefore owner’s contributions are made by a simple transfer which she didn’t quite understand. The questions went further and she asked the reason as per why another big transfer amount earlier this month. I explained to her politely that it was a house purchased me and my wife made at the beginning of the month. The questions did not stopped there, she kept asking me the same things over and over again regarding why so many transfers and money movement. She then decides to call over Robert A Korsheed, the branch manager. They quickly went inside of his office to discussed the situation.Once I was asked to come in the office Robert A korsheed in a very disrespectful and not professional way asked why the transfer but not only the transfer, but why the specific amount. I immediately felt intrigued by the way the situation was being handle. At this point I explained to him and gave him details about such transactions and why. Even though I didn’t have to. I was nice enough to explain. In response, Robert refused to understand my clear point. At this point I felt discriminated, disrespected and mistreated. Since when does a client have to answer to a banker what and how they conduct business or better yet, how they move their money around? Since when does a branch manager have the authority of treating client with complete disrespect? The situation went further. Robert A korsheed after i actually took the courtesy of answering his questions, decided to tell me that all the transactions were pending and because of it he was not giving me the money. Robert A. korsheed simply ripped off the cashier’s check slip in half in my face and threw it in the garbage as his final response.I’m a business person, furthermore, Wells Fargo has had some of my personal and business accounts with for a very long time. The business account reports millions of dollars a year. I have zero debt to wells Fargo, never missed a payment and I’ve shown nothing but good signs of a very loyal customer.Robert a korsheed single handily made me feel like my business was not valued at all. I was literally treated like a criminal or a fraud. I waisted almost two hours of my day and didn’t even accomplished any of the things I intended to do at this branch location. Robert A korsheed is by far the worst branch manager or customer service representative I ever dealt with. There’s not words to describe such level of unprofessionalism. He showed he does not care about his clients nevertheless the simple fact that customer service is a beautiful business when the situations is approach in a proper way. Horrible branch location. Considering moving all my business to a different bank.Taking it to BBB next.

They don’t want your money. Went to open a money market account and was told I wouldNeed an appointment. I have opened accounts in other banks and they are glad to open the account and take your money right on the spot. This is the main reason banks still have branches. The manager was of no help. I willBe happy to take my money where they appreciate my business

Since I first got referred to Raychell Mandujano, I was instantly welcomed. She has been one of the most kind and helpful bankers I have ever had! She is very knowledgeable and caring, which is what anyone would want when dealing with your personal finances. Great experience and I will be banking with Wells Fargo because of her!

So unhelpful and extremely rude. No respect to any customers. Kept passing me off to other coworkers and wouldn’t even help me. Made an appointment online and was completely disregarded. Multiple coworkers doing nothing. They kept telling me they’ll be with me in a second after I had an appointment made for 4 and had to wait until 4:20 for sometime to finally speak to someone. I needed something notarized and they gave me no information and sent me away.

terrible attention. I got to the bank and there was not a single customer. there were 3 employees doing nothing and I requested an account statement and the answer was. "You must request it online" I asked them if they could help me and they told me that I had to make an appointment online. for a procedure that can last 5 min. Do I have to make an appointment for another day? is incredible. nobody wants to work

Horrible customer service. My elderly mother was going in to open a new account. There was one man standing towards the front and one person behind the counter. We explained what we needed to do and he said that would have to be done by appointment only. (There is no one in line or busy) I asked him if he could help us make an appointment and he said no you can do it on your phone. My mom who is in her 70s doesn't use a phone. He literally made me feel unwelcome, and that he did not want our service. Then he shared that we could open an account online. Which we attempted to do, but still requires an appointment. Totally lost a customer very disappointing.
