Careful. Wells Fargo steals your money! I have had my account blocked for 14 days, with all my money there. They say it's their mistake and they can't do anything. I've been out of work for 3 days, calling OFAC, Wells Fargo headquarters, going to agencies every day, making more than 20 calls a day. Wells Fargo treats me with disregard, they make fun of me. They tell me to call other places, I call and they tell me to call back to Wells Fargo. They simply say they can't do anything while I'm behind on my bills and paying late fees. I need to pay my employees. I need to pay my customers. Do not open an account with Wells Fargo.

The manager is never willing to help and there is never time to respond willingly... really, the times I go to that branch it is very difficult to do something without an appointment.

I have had a Wells Fargo account since 2018, a personal account and a business account. I use this account to receive all payments from customers and I also use this account to pay my customers and suppliers. My account has been blocked for more than 10 days, due to Global Sanction. All my money is blocked. I have been calling and going to Wells Fargo agencies every day, thus losing days of work. On Tuesday my ex husband was approved for global sanction and today is Friday and my account is still blocked. I have to pay my rent (which already has a late fee), I have to pay my credit card, I have to buy food. I don't have money to put gas in my car. My other bank is negative and I am paying charges. I also have a late fee on my credit card. And no one solves my problem. that's not fair. I have $83,000 in my account and I can't use it. I'm in need because of this. I need my money today. I need to pay my employees

I don’t understand why this bank is even open. I needed to make a transfer from one account to the other and they said we needed a managers approval. Fine with the approval, but after waiting for the approval, they tell us they can’t do it because there’s no manager in the bank to approve it. Then why did they make us wait? Why did they pretend they were helping us when they knew they couldn’t. Why don't they have a manager at all times? This is a bank. We were told the manager was on vacation and there was nothing they could do. That was mind blowing. I then suggested to make a withdrawal and they said I couldn’t as well because they needed the managers approval. A bank that doesn’t let you take your own money. Shame. My suggestion- take your business and money somewhere else.

?Today I had a bad experience with a cashier, she seems Dominican something like that.
He didn't want to give me my money because he doubted my license, arguing that there are people who give fake IDs. (as he saw me, I'm probably Mexican)
I lost my card and for that reason I had to take my license to withdraw my money, because it made a lot of show... I had to resolve it with the manager and a super friendly cashier. But with my name, along with my license and my address, he found me in seconds after waiting 40 minutes.
Sometimes with Hispanics or Latinos themselves it is the worst service.
That's called RACISM!!

Did a wire transfer this morning with Belny Dany and it took one and half hours to send one damn wire. He made a mistake typing the wire info, had to cancel it and send it again. How the hell this takes almost two hours?! I will not bank with Wells Fargo anymore…

Apparently they don’t have a coin counting machine and don’t easily take money in coins. … crazy that a bank doesn’t have the right equipment to take real money.

Everything here is 20 to 30 minutes of a wait. I can understand if it busy but 90 percent of the time it’s not. This is the only Wells Fargo that takes forever. The employees seem to just want to sit around and talk and act like we are running their day by coming in to turn money in. But I’m not surprised it’s Orlando and people out here think they are entitled or something. They need to fire everyone here and retrain the new employees on being efficient with getting customers in and out in a timely manner

These people are highly unprofessional and talk to u in that lil "nice nasty" why of speaking. They don't answer the phone, and are inconsiderate of people's time. Lobby empty, employees standing around talking ignoring the phones as they ring . Wells Fargo fix this ASAP, throw the entire staff away and start over!!
