What a way to lose a potential customer when a BANK won’t exchange government backed cash unless you are a customer.
Meanwhile, I was able to get change at Publix (a GROCERY store) with no need to even buy anything else. Physical banks are becoming rarer these days. Why eliminate the human aspects when you don’t have to?

Honestly if I could rate this a zero I would. This has been my 2nd experience with this Branch were they show no professionalism. The branch manager Ryan is actually cool but it takes a village in this case to ever have me visit this location again. I stepped into this branch at 12:21 pm this afternoon during my 1 hour lunch break and walked out very unhappy with the LACK OF CARE from the ENTIRE staff that was on duty at that time. 12:21 I walked in and literally 4 seconds later "A man" walked in behind me, I was not greeted not even a smile but the minute he walked through that door the agents there greeted him with a smile and invited him over to the customer service desk. Still not a hi, hello nor how can I help? from none of them towards me. It get's worse, approximately 3-4 mins later a "different" gentleman came in and guess what? even before he touched the teller line he was greeted, bare in mind I'm STILL standing there and nothing from staff. 10mins total standing there a teller came from drive thru and went over to Gentleman #1 who was still being help with his transfer of funds to Germany for his mother and she had a whole convo with him. Fast forward to 13mins and I'm steamed at this point the drive thru telling now asked if I need something. All I need at this point is your manager info!!! I did however get to speak to the manager because as I'm sitting in my car he happened to just get back with lunch still in hand. I told him my story and of course he was very apologetic but he was not the problem it was his staff. RETRAINING, RETRAINING, RETRAINING even after reading these reviews this is exactly what needs to happen. Oh so often this stuff is brushed under the rug and nobody does anything and people only change when one or two of the group gets fired. Don't ever feel like one customer is better than the other and learn to treat all people with respect. I hope they have and opportunity to review the cameras so they get the full picture of what I had to deal with. This is just so sad that in 2024, people still treat a certain type of people less than but I'm not the one to stand for this nonsense because in life we have several other choices. Do with this review what you want but for me I wont visit this branch again unless I'm only dealing with the manager, I don't need the stress.

They don't have good references, they are a bank with little credible information and they always benefit thieves, they don't investigate anything when they steal from us, they are a true fraud, they will never get 5 stars, the staff doesn't know about Education, they are terrible at customer service.

Worst Wells Fargo drive-thru in the Orlando area. Every time I use it there is one teller and it takes an average of 20,25 minutes to get through. I have plenty of time to write this review because I am currently sitting in the drive-thru on a Friday, which is the busiest banking day of the week, and again there is one teller with 9 cars.

Have been banking with Wells Fargo for 12 years and came in hopes of opening my son his first account. They told me they had no appointments and could not see me. I feel as a long time customer some effort should be made to accommodate a walk in especially when there was no one else waiting to be helped. Maybe you guys should have more staff so that more than 2 appointments can be accommodated in one hour. Staff was nice but I feel with all the booths you guys have you should be able to have more staff to help customers that maybe have busy work schedules that can't always make appointments. To add insult to injury after making an appointment at an inconvenient location to be able to do what I needed to do was told I didn't have the necessary information to perform said service.. waste of my time and no attempt to remedy situation

This is the most non-customer service oriented bank I have ever found second time here to open account. I was here before 4 PM sat here for 15 minutes till somebody decided to come out. Somebody came out after 4 PM and says oh it takes one hour to open an account, I’ll have to schedule you to come back another day. Second time in a row first time was a Saturday. This is a Monday. What a joke of a bank and customer service coming directly from the manager

Bad service! The store manager talking to a customer in line was blocking the entire line! I don't have to wait for your conversation! They have to give better costumer service! And they only always have a cash register open and the manager and the other bankers drinking coffee

Walked in 15 minutes late with my feeble father - refused to see us. No consideration for how difficult it was for us to go to the bank - for a quick account update. Could have finished in the 30 minutes allotted to us.

I didn't have an appointment as this was a last minute emergency, the representative was able to help me out pretty quickly and was very kind.

Came into the bank to speak with a banker regarding an account. Needed to provide more information regarding an inquiry was given bankers card to follow up with. Have called 3 straight days to follow up, left multiple voicemails and no response. Called the bank number countless times on multiple days with no answer every time. Unbelievable "service".

Came in for a walk in appointment today and was quickly signed in. After a brief wait, we were attended to by Branden. He was very helpful and personable and was able to complete our request quickly and accurately. Also, Branden did a wonderful job at deescalating an aggressive customer who was attempting to claim we had cut in front of him in line.
