So this is a review about Wells Fargo as a bank end this review is solely based on my experience with Wells Fargo. I have been banking with them for 4+ years and I honestly ask myself why I'm still banking with them to this day. This Bank goes out of their way to make you believe that they're here to help and all the bankers seem like they're looking for your best interest but that is definitely not the case. They don't care how the economy is treating you and they don't care if you're starving or about to lose your home or job. Their banking system takes a lot of time to process payments and direct deposits. They are going to consistently offer you a credit card and no transactions during the weekend reflects on the app until Monday. On multiple occasions several payments all came out at once on Monday and then Tuesday a $2.99 transaction was posted on my account and immediately Wells Fargo asked me to cover the $2.99 within 24 hours or I will be charged $35 overdraft. I have recently found a bank that does not charge overdraft and offers you flexible options for building credit loans and savings, all of which are free. I know Wells Fargo with groceries and bills but won't offer any solutions for people (longtime customers) who are in a Perpetual Financial struggle. They also have no shame in their fractional Reserve banking system and depend on deposit guarantees. I will only be with them for another month and then I'm fully transitioning to chime. I recommend you definitely look into chime because they're definitely banking for the future. Watch your money cuz these type of banks got their eyes on it.

45-60 mins to just update a phone number on account?? Not only were the tellers rude about it but they could easily given the easier option to update on ATM. I just opened a new account good thing the rep on the phone was able to help because I almost closed it after battling this issue for 2 weeks.

Thanks for making me waste my day ! Now I understand why you only have 3 stars next time be very clear on the requirements to open a new account I used this branch all the time not anymore.

Terrible customer service from those who are at the cashier, my husband authorized me in his account to do any type of procedure in his name since he travels a lot, and I arrived at this site to request a direct deposit form for the account to make the payment of urgent money, and they gave me one but in my name, I explained that it had to be in my husband's name or at least that we were both in the account and even so he refused despite being authorized, They do not offer help to their clients, for some reason BOFA will always surpass them with attention, since they solve their clients or try as much as possible, they give a better service
Thank goodness it was for them to make a large deposit of money to their bank and they still didn't give it to me, I went to my other account that I have in bofa where my husband also authorized me and they immediately gave it to me and made the transfer immediately, earning loyalty from me as a bank that helps its customers and of course the money went into their bank
