Worst client service ever. While I was waiting in the waiting area with other people that needed help. Not a single person at this branch stop an asked if someone needed help not one person ask They keep walking by and not even greeted clients They need to clean the house.

After waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes just to send a wire transfer the branch manager told me that they were too busy and staff all I saw him doing for the hour and a half was just grabbing lunch twice and not helping anybody .

Do yourself a favor, and never come to this location. The bankers are a complete joke. I wish I would’ve read the reviews, before wasting my entire morning. Thanks a lot, losers
