Today I called at 12:30 pm to ask about a property, ask about someone who spoke Spanish, the lady told me no, then I tried to communicate in English and she just hung up the phone, I called again and she hung up the phone again, they lost a cash sale because of the racism and rudeness of their worker.

I owe Tammy Perkins a huge debt of gratitude. Last month, we moved our recent college graduate to Orlando. The place we had found flooded his second day in it and he had to scramble to find a place to live in less than 3 days while starting his new job. Tammy saved us! She made dozens of calls and chased leads late into the night to find him a place to call home. She went way above and beyond to help out a 22 year old and my family will forever be grateful.

Tried to deal with the same listing agent twice. She is horrible. She refuses to respond or follow up with my offers. In the future, when I see Weichert as the listing agent, I will just move on to the next property.

I bought a new house in 40 days. Courtesy to realtor Kelly Boulton who did an amazing job in finding out a perfect home for me in such a short span of time. Kelly is knowledgeable about the local market and she was able to quickly shortlist the properties based on my requirement. Most of the times I was spoilt for choice. More over she is an amazing person who is honest and upfront with me in telling me about the risks in certain property. She is always available to answer my questions patiently as I am a first time home buyer. If I am going to buy or sell another home I will definitely go with Kelly as my realtor.

We moved from Calif., so after finding the house on a short visit, everything had to be done long distance until closing. Tahara was our realtor and she was good about finding answers to all our questions. We had a short 30 day escrow and everything closed smoothly, thanks to Tamara and her team.

Recently rented a home with this company and the process went so well! Mr. Chadwick Tejada was the realtor and from start to finish, we were kept in the loop. He was so incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the property, not like other realtors I have dealt with. This was not just a sale to him, it was a home he knew much about. He answered all questions, both during business hours and after which shows how invested he is. Overall, I was able to see the open house, apply, get approved and sign in two weeks!! By far the easiest renting process, not a month(s) long hassle. I recommend this business to any looking for quality properties and quality realtors.

I had an awesome experience with the selling of my house. Maritza Perez really went above and beyond what was expected of her. She met all of mine and my husbands expectation. What I thought was going to be impossible or a challenge to do, which is sell our home in such a little time, and not to mention it was during the holidays... she made it possible. She walked through every step of the process with us, made sure we were well informed , and made sure we received all documents in a timely matter. Everything was fine except when the realtor for the sellers went out of town and someone was supposed to be covering for her but never got my appraisal scheduled with my mortgage company and it pushed the closing a week which caused me a lot of money and time. Other than that lol.....
