They have been involved in dishonest practices, including stealing customers' money and failing to show up for scheduled services. Please be cautious and avoid using their services. To put inventory stickers lost portionsFailed to apply inventory stickers claimed to have missing items but then delivered only chair missing arms and damaged rocker Very unprofessional and uncaring sloppy management of shipped items.Transport folks relied on memory when off loading mixing shipments and shuffled my items to various trucks and into storage 6 months and I am still waiting Refused to pay the daily fee for delayed delivery 30 emails and phone calls no results Made consumer complaint with State of Florida. Do not use this company. My items are being held hostage since they said they had everything on the list of missing items but then couldn’t find them?

Movers failed to apply identity stickers and failed to use inventory sheets as they shuffled my goods thru multiple trucks when transporting from FL to Oklahoma City. SIX months later I'm still waiting for items picked up Nov 11,2021. After 30+ phone calls and email to WePackUship and their broker All Movers USA, I was told to expect a delivery" of everything on my list of missing items" (A partial delivery arrived on Thanksgiving) About May 20, I received a chair with missing arms and a dirty patio rocker showing much more wear than when I shipped it. Again the movers failed to use an inventory control sheet and did not have a specific list of what they were supposed to deliver. Bottom Line:WePackUShip non-compliance with Normal inventory tracking resulted in loss of my household goods, inconvenience and time wasting of repeatedly follow up with them. They have even refused to pay the mandated $30 a day for delayed delivery as their contract states. WePackUShip has apparently Lost, stolen and/or mis-delivered my items to someone else. The only logical explanation is Sloppy and inadequate inventory management practices. Bad customer service, substandard practices and failure to keep promises is what you can expect from this company. I have filed a complaint with State of Florida

Movers failed to apply identity stickers on all items and failed to use inventory sheets to check off items as they shuffled them on and off trucks from FL to Oklahoma City. Six months later, I'm still waiting for the rest of my goods picked up Nov 11,2021. (Some items delivered on Thanksgiving) The first delivery the movers relied on one person's memory rather to sort at least 3 customer's shipments rather than using inventory sheets. When challenged, movers admitted that they left some items in a warehouse because they didn't know who they belonged to. Over 30 phone calls and e-mails and personal reassurance from the owner have not been successful to recover my items. After Six Months, I was informed by owner that he had everything on my list of missing items plus a ladder and TV box. Instead, I received an office chair with missing arms and a dirty patio rocker looking much more used than when I originally shipped it. Again movers failed to use an inventory sheet and did not have a list of what they were supposed to deliver. Bottom line: WePackUShip non-compliance with Normal inventory tracking resulted in loss of my household goods and waste of follow up time. They did not even demonstrate a willingness to pay the $30 a day fee for delayed shipping as they state on their contract. I have already supplied a list of missing items with replacement costs and been told they have items but yet now they can't find them? Are they holding them hostage or did they lose them? Included in my follow up efforts was All Moving USA who was the broker which I used to arrange my move. I do not recommend them either since they did not succeed in motivating this company. Sloppy inventory control and substandard customer service is what you can expect from WePackUShip.

Terrible company, the owner Andrew Roy Baker overcharges all his customers by a minimum of 150 cubic feet or more, I know this first hand from previously being employed by this company, unfortunately Mr.Andrew still owes me personally $1000 and has blocked my number, he still owes several other previous employees as well, Do Not Do business with this petty/greedy business owner.

HORRIBLE moving experience. Do NOT Recommend. Terrible communication, late to both pickup and deliver and final delivery was a month past their guarantee of 21 business days. My boxes were smashed, clearly had not been handled carefully, and I later found upon delivery they were double tagging some items to make it look like I had additional items. Several items had water damage from God knows what, even had standing water on one of my plastic containers. Several items were broken/damaged. Tried blaming a broken table leg on glue giving out on that piece, which is clearly not the case (pictured). Minimal communication between Andrew and his drivers based on the back-and-forth text messages. Shady behavior regarding payment. Kept being told they would ONLY accept a money order from the post office but then leading up to delivery was asking for cash. The driver tried to scam me out of additional money as well because I live in an upstairs apartment. Only attached a few of the many pictures I have.

Amazing company!! We pack is the best mover we have ever used, and we have moved quite a few times. Pick up and delivery went very smoothly. We cannot recommend them enough!
