As a former employee and Assistant Produce Manager of Publix Supermarkets before i enlisted in the Army i remember that you always as a manager or employee you always get to hear about problems or issues anyway the customer was not happy which is good so you can address and make corrections well you almost never get to hear about the things you do right how you go above and beyond to take care of your customers and try to make them happy so i have to recognize Maria and Jamarick apologies if misspelled they work hard and fast behind that food counter and never say no to any requests or changes from me with regards to my food order and they always have a smile they deserve to know i think they do an amazing job wawa should be thankful to have employees like you two and fianlly Liz who always greats me when i come into the store even if she has to walk across to do so always checks on me and my service dog and also is always smiling and talking to people while working hard i wish i had people like this when i was at Pubix i might still be there lol

No milk for the frozen drinks or coffees. My suggestion, go to Costco & freaking buy some.

Came here to fuel up air and gas. But the air compressor was completely broken, and after asking an attendant to help out, they never came out of the store to check on. Fuel pump works fine.

It took over 50 minutes to make our food my sister watched them make half of it then let it sit out on the counter unwrapped no boxes while they were pushing out other orders then when my sister complained to another customer about it then they finally decided to ask her the number for her meal which her sandwich sat out with meat on it that they threw out just the meat then remade it completely wrong with none of the toppings she wanted I understand it was busy but I’ve worked for gas stations and leaving food unattended is a hazard

Most unprepared wawa ever, last night no person making coffee, no manager on duty. Now this morning still not enough staff. No manager presence at all. Just terrible.

5:30am packed parking lot, one of the busiest Wawas in Orlando and you dont have staff for beverages I just thought that is what your known for is food and beverage.

It’s my granddaughters birthday and she wanted a smoothie so I brought her here again just for one smoothies ,we literally waited for 45 min on one smoothie,clearly the lady needed help I found the manger at a register up front , ( there was already a person working the register) so I ask him can you maybe go help her with the drinks and explained how long we had been waiting, he says well I could but I’m doing this , I want you to know that there was only one person in line at the register so I’m sure the other person was quite capable of ringing them up , mean while there’s literally 13 people waiting on drinks . I feel like I should have been offered a refund on my drink for the wait

Mmmmmmmmmmm absolute smack. I love wawa and i will always love wawa and there's nothing you can do about it. The food is just so good and yummy. The customization is epic and really provides a unique experience and you can get literally whatever you want. It's sometimes slow because if the number of people eating there, but it's relatively quick. The other food options are crazy. It's like a grocery store. They even have old fashion glass coke bottles. You simply gottahavawawa

The treatment of the staff is very bad, they respond badly and they don't like being talked to. I know that many times they are full but they work with customer service.
