I’ve been coming here for years. Got a car wash today. I asked the guy for wipe down the inside wash the outside tires and cupholders (as seen in the pictures they didn’t even do them all)he charged me $45 and apparently to wipe down the doors is extra. My car looks filthy and I spent almost $45plus a tip to clean it. I will not be back. This is absurd
Now I have to clean it myself at home. Absolute waste.
Been a loyal customer for 7 years and no more

The shampoo did a great job removing the dog hair but they missed obvious things like some gunk on the steering wheel I had to clean myself. Also I still see some gunk on the passenger seat I guess I’ll clean myself. Also there are spots and stains I can clean with my finger and saliva but they could not get with chemicals and a rag. That’s weird.
Overall it was a nice job. I’m giving 4 stars because Australian Shepherd hair is tough but I paid more than the starting price they had because it was a tough job and I tipped. It is what it is.
Then I’m not even sure what happened in the end but they like forced feed me a link to leave a review. It was kind of heavy handed and made it sound like I couldn’t come back and get a car wash because it rained unless I left this review. It was really weird and not really appreciated.
Update: reducing to 3 stars. Finding spots and dog hair they missed in the floorboard. Looking at my doors I wonder if they even used a cleaner on some of the upholstery. Honestly I should have taken more time to examine my car when I left but I wanted to leave because of the aggressiveness of wanting a review. It rained that day and because of the chaotic way I had to leave I have no idea if I am entitled to a wash because of that.

I took my car in for a wash and detail and Jose did a great job. The entire staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and I am very happy with their service and will be returning soon! ?

Excellent service! We were greeted and all the options for the car well explained. We chose the complete inside and outside wash. 10/10 service and attention to the smallest of details to make sure we are satisfied. Recommend. It was quick and efficient. Recommend this spot!
