Room was great. Very comfortable. Hotel is in a great location within walking distance of Boardwalk, Epcot, and Hollywood Studios. We requested housekeeping and did not receive it. I had to flag down the housekeepers in the hallway to get fresh towels and give them our garbage.

This hotel needs some updates- the rooms are definitely well used. The shower tile is peeling and chipping and the hallway carpet was worn so badly there was a streak without a pattern. The service was good. The room was clean. The towels were nice. The property is huge. You're so close to epcot!

Wonderful Resort! Incredible staff!! Coral at Guest Services was the absolute best!!! She made my grandson first time visit/birthday celebration so awesome!!! He made a lot of memories during his trip, but meeting Coral will last forever!!! Thank you for being the most amazing Guest Service Representative I’ve ever met!
