This Walmart provides terrible service, the worst I have seen in many states I have visited, horrible because it has very few cash registers based on customer demand, terrible customer service...they do not have express checkouts for less than 10 items.... I ended up leaving the products and I spent around half an hour paying, it really is absurd!! Please try to improve since we tourists are leaving disappointed.

I got notified my pick up order was ready a little before 7. I reached the store and checked in at 7. Almost an hour later I am still waiting for my PICKUP ORDER. The attendant came and asked what I was waiting on and then said you have 2 car ahead of you! That was 15 mins and 3 cars ago. This service is supposed to be a convenience NOT an inconvenience. And the sad part they can careless about you spending your money with them.

Can you imagine if we didn't have a Walmart Neighborhood Market and what it takes to run the store. Payroll, management, associates, inventory, etc.

I am standing in line to cash out my lotto in the customer center and there is employees looking but don’t speak English and kept looking and I’m asking mad times and 20 minutes later she want to say join the long line which made no sense. Olga is the employee that made my service difficult

Terrible customer service. Today I went to buy several things, I was at the cash register number 11 self service at approximately 5:40pm. At the time of paying I did not find my wallet, I was with my son who has high functioning Autism, he is 26 years old and has a Florida ID, credit and debit cards and I asked him to show the ID for the purchase requirement and The customer service told me that they did not accept his ID, I told the customer representative that he is not mentally disabled and she said that she did not accept anything and that I had to bring a supervisor. I left myself at the register with all my purchases waiting for her, until I made the decision to leave and leave the purchase there. This is something very delicate for the special needs community, it is discriminating against them. My son was very nervous and became very sad. I think Walmart should educate its employees more and have better treatment for people with special needs. They can also lead a life that is as normal and respectful as possible. I believe that my son's rights as a Walmart customer were violated today.
We need more awareness and education for the population so that the rights of people in this case with AUTISM are not violated.

Walmart says no animals except for service animals allowed in the store yet they do not enforce this rule. I've also seen them put animals in the cart.
