There is no communication with the client, this pharmacy is very poorly installed and the staff is very poor.

First there is no empathy with the patient, there is no good morning or greeting, bad face as if they were doing a favor... remember that you charge for your work and medications, you DO NOT go one step further in favor of the patient, you scold the patient when one insists on help. They are not all of them but unfortunately I have come across the same ones several times. We are sick human beings who go to look for our medications because we feel sick, so a smile, a good morning and the way we communicate should be with empathy and not with annoyance, haste and bad mood. You don't like your job, so simple... change to another. I have already endured too much for this review.

Getting thru to the pharmacy is very difficult. The phone just rings and rings and rings forever. There is much work to be done on Walmart Employee Customer Service skills.

I had some issues with this pharmacy but everytime that Patricia is there, she always goes above and beyond to help me. She is AMAZING!! She takes all 5 stars ? ???? Thank you Patricia

Worst pharmacy in Orlando. They don't know what they are doing here! Very unprofessional...They make multiple mistakes & provide poor customer service. They make it difficult to fill a prescription! DUH?

This pharmacy flat out lied to me about my prescription. They told me that my doctor never sent in the refill information to them when in fact the doctor did. It took me four days after being told that lie to verify with the doctor that they did send it four days prior to me trying to pick it up from this pharmacy. Also, the pharmacy admitted to me that they lied about it. I reeeeeally do not understand what is to be gained by this service providing business lying to their customers about needed medicine that effects their hearth. Good luck with this place. You'll need it.

Went at 5pm for stamps. Of course it was busy. No one to help a guy bag bags of very full carts, so it went so slow. I waited 20 minutes. I pay, then the cashier is out. I see her ask 3 other people. They're out. I lose sight of her for another 10 minutes.Oh, and they didn't ask a guy to put on his mask when it was on his chin during the 10 minutes it took to bag his groceries.Do not come to this wal mart unless you need to, don't buy stamps here. The scan yourself lanes are the best bet (not for stamps though). 26 minute experience.

If i could give a 0 i would! This is my second bad review! Do yourself a favor and go to another location! The employees at this walmart are RUDE and they do not care about their customers! Especially Patricia martinez. She gave me a hard time each month for the past year!!! After a year of putting up with all their attitudes i will no longer come back and will go somewhere else. Please train your employees! They all look like they hate their job.
