Reminds me a scam call center. No wonder patients always demand to speak to their actual store directly and get upset. Call after call, non stop. 30 minute lunch with 10 minutes of that just walking because everything is 50 miles away, especially the parking lot. Nothing was accesible or easy here. You need time off? forget it. You need help? Check the 5,000 page long SOP. Pay was decent but other opportunities for growth out there folks.

Horrible job!!!! Training lasted 2 months with them changing our roles. The function leads are also horrible and are no help. I made sure to do my work but they claimed that I would be logged out for hours which was untrue and should’ve been thoroughly investigated before firing me. I am a UF college student and I actually needed this job. Do not work for Walgreens Boots Alliance and DO NOT get you medication here because they do not properly train their workers to help you get your medication. Go to CVS or Publix pharmacy instead.

Lack of career growth opportunities. No transparency. Ineffective communication, lack of respect for employees and poor knowledge of their own policies and procedures. Run far away! Gwen Marshall is created a toxic environment for her employees , Paquese is verbally abusive to employees and Stephanie has no compassion for her team. Worst place I have ever worked. They need to be investigated for the way they run this place.

Management is terrible specially Rosa and Gwen I had a bad experience working here I came in at 2pm and got fired at 3 pm, they don’t like when you go to the bathroom while you are working they expect you to be working like a robot, there’s favoritism with some employees and management, some people come in late many times and go to the bathroom and they don’t get fired, it’s hard to move up, every month they hire new people because they can’t keep employees because of the harsh rules they have, they don’t clean the workstations and people be sick and more people get sick. I suggest you find work elsewhere

I got fired because I didn’t pass the RPT exam, when I spoke with my BOSS meaning the only function lead on the floor. She “Leandra Hilton said they should change your position you will not get fired, 3 days later I am finding myself in the HR room and I spoke with sherry Brice , she advised me whoever told me that advice needs to get fired then asked who told me I smirked and said someone who YOU guys trusted as leadership. They don’t care about anything you’re going through whether it be fatal or not. This job is micromanaged by a lot of Indians who don’t even know the what they’re doing.

I was fired from my job because I spent too much time out of the system. I explained it was because of a medical condition that I needed to use the bathroom a lot throughout the day because of one of my medications. They didn’t provide me with the information necessary nor help me make a claim to allow the time that I spent away from the system. I was just told to "go on Sedgwick " I wasn't told what to file for or what to do. No other type of support was provided to me. Management is terrible they favor their employees and they expect you to be zombies at that job, it’s depressing.

WORST JOB!Stay away. Training is trash and you only have 2 weeks to learn many drugs and the different formulas to calculate. They expect you to be robots and to be logged into their system typing back to back prescriptions like zombies. They expect you to have no errors while typing at the speed of lightening. They give no grace to people who come to work everyday and try to get through the day. If you applied to be in CU for data entry, RUN. They will have you on the phones instead. it's a BATE AND SWITCH position. What you apply for, is not what you will be doing. THEY WILL HARASS YOU. Dont even think about building relationships with anyone on your team, its like a prison. Cant talk to anyone, cant get to know your coworkers. They peek and watch you like a hawk if they see you speaking to anyone or going to the restrooms. If you aren't favored by NYDIA RAMOS or her little “bestie” SERENA PIPPEN, who sit in the office giggling and eating wingstop, McDonalds, and Starbucks 50 million times for the day, you are easily a target to them. They let their favorites get away with murder and let all the actual dedicated people go. They will smile in your face knowing they are plotting a way to throw you out like trash. They will schedule for your test and fire you the day before, or.. like SERENA PIPPEN has done to me and others, is act like she's going to schedule you and then fake "forget". Do not waste your time here, the pay is decent and the benefits are decent, but the management will set you up for complete failure. You are just a number to them, that's no good of a company to work for.

Only good thing about working here is the pay everything else is horrible and draining and extremely depressing they harassed me about the headset equipment even though I told them multiple times I never left wit any equipment

The older customers are rude make it impossible they try so hard to get you upset. I quit it gave me high anxiety I never cried at a job like I did this one. The team trainer kept picking on me and making fun of my answers I came home crying it was embrassing. They need to understand their hiring people with no knowledge of health care. It hard for people to grasp it all they throw 2 months of paper work in 1 week training. They get very upset if you hang up a call by mistake .sadly I tried after a month it was to much bullshitt .

Worked here for a while now. It's a great place to work, you just have to be motivated to try and work hard. You just can't be lazy and never come to work.
