Yolanda was using her phone to browse something, looked like houses maybe, the entire time she was checking me out at the register. She was also holding a tube of toothpaste that she scanned and then took off my transaction for some reason. Very disrespectful to be obviously completely checked out.

The 5 stars is specifically for Alyssa the pharmacist. She is a sweet young lady and very professional, and seems to genuinely care about her patients. Thank you for being so helpful to a mom with two babies with the flu.

Walgreens has horrible work etiquette. It's exactly 9:27pm, it's supposed to close at 10:00pm. Lights are on like usual and two employees are sitting just looking around and turn us around saying they are closed.

Fast and easy service. An Employee at the Photo Prints counter by name Sabrina helped a great deal to print some old photos of my grandmother when the store was beginning to close.

The store is clean. Like other Walgreens once I find a product I like it’s discontinued. But that’s not a location problem.Pharmacist did stop a refill that I was prescribed for too long. Told me to contact doctor and have them try a different medication. Thanks for the attention to detail.For once after all these years, I counted the pills for my new prescription. (Only because I was trying to see how many days I had taken the medication) Discovered that I wasn’t given all of my medicine. I called and they sent me out the balance FedEx. Thanks for taking care of that. Lesson learned. Now I need to remember to count every time.

I’d like to say, the associates and managers at this store are amazing and genuinely nice!Pharmacist Ai-Thu though? Unbelievably unprofessional, rude, and just overall horrible at her job. I came in with a physical prescription for a medication which I need in order to function and is unfortunately experiencing a nation-wide shortage, straight from my appointment to this pharmacy because it was the only one that I was able to find in my area which had it in stock. She used every excuse in the book not to fill it, first saying I was a “red flagged” in their system because I used a different pharmacy the month prior (which no longer had it in stock this month for my refill). Then when I ran down the list of pharmacies I previously used and dates I filled it and explained why (which as a pharmacist she is already fully aware of) she lied and said they couldn’t accept my prescription because it was “tampered with” just because my Dr’s black pen ran out of ink while writing my address on the script and completed it with a new pen, which resulted in the ink being *slightly* darker in that section alone - it was obviously the same handwriting though. I countered this by asking if my provider could send in an electronic prescription in the morning so she could see it was valid, and she said if they do she’d only fill it this one time as a “courtesy” but since I’m “flagged” I’d have to go back to my original pharmacy after this “courtesy fill”, and then said couldn’t fill it for another few days even though I am already due. This entire interaction also took place via messages being sent through the pharmacy tech because she refused to come to the window and speak with me directly. I ended up finding a different Walgreens that I luckily also had it in stock and was given none of those lies or excuses by them, no mention of my prescription appearing “tampered with” nor of me being “flagged” in their system, they filled it that same day and even told me if they still had it in stock by the time I needed a refill, I could come get it filled there again.I actively work in healthcare, and previously worked in pharmacy benefits processing prescriptions myself. I am fully aware of federal regulations with controlled meds, what can make a prescription invalid, and the permitted time frame for refills which is why I always wait until I’m down to the last couple of days of my medication to go get a new prescription from my provider and always take it straight from their office to the pharmacy. This pharmacist uses her position in the form of a dictatorship to determine whose scripts she wants to fill and who’s she does not, and this is not right. She makes patients feel as though they are unimportant or drug seekers for simply trying to get their medication, and if this is how she approaches her job, she should not be employed. In all of my time taking this medication, I’ve never been made to feel the way I felt at this pharmacy. It’s disgusting that Walgreens would have someone like this employed at their facility, in charge of dispensing medication that for some people may be needed as a matter of life and death. Her lack of empathy or even the most basic display of customer service was astounding and beyond unacceptable. I know my review is just one of many, but I can only hope that in time I am able to go to this pharmacy and no longer find her there.

This is the second time that the pharmacy has messaged my prescription is ready for pickup but it is not ready. When I go they have a note that they can't release it because the package instructions conflict with my doctor's instructions. Don't tell us our prescriptions are ready if you're still trying to work on it. A waste of time driving to pick up something that's not ready. I don't even think the note is going to be discovered until I come and pick it up, which makes no sense. Also, the pharmacist asked for my instructions from the doctor which I showed her from my phone and she took my phone to read them. Then she says that she can't go by the PDF with my instructions, she needs to confirm with my doctor. I'm annoyed that I felt like I needed to share my personal medical information with her and it wasn't even going to be used for releasing the medication. I think it's a HIPAA violation asking me what the medications are for in a public setting. There needs to be better management and proper procedures.

Poor customer service in the Pharmacy! The Pharmacist at this location 16900 E Colonial Dr thinks she's GOD! Every time I get a prescription filled there's a problem. What makes matters worse is the pharmacy technicians lie. My doctors office had called to find out why one of my prescriptions was not ready and Michaela told my doctors office that they didn't fill it and they would fill it and it would be ready by noon. I went at noon and they told me they couldn't fill it. They needed to talk to my doctor! My doctors office had just spoken to them earlier in the morning why did they not talk to them then! This is causing me a lot of stress, and I will never go back there again! Very poor customer service again and again!

Yes I came here tonight because I have an appointment. First the girl with the spots on her face, greeted me with attitude. Asked me do i have a question with a snarky attitude. I told her i have an appointment and without even looking in the system she says they don't have any appointments. I insisted I have an appointment then she looks in the computer then again see my appointment but says that you don't have the varicella vaccine without checking. She asked they other girl then I heard her say it's in the freezer but didn't even check the freezer. They looked at me and each other then the same girl who said they have it in the freezer told me that it's not in inventory. I told her how inconvenient this is because had i known i wouldn't have came here. Then she says it's not her problem and told me that I need to contact corporate. The whole pharmacy staff needs to be retrained or fired because they greeted someone else who was white totally different with respect. I was denied service here because of the color of my skin. This is a terrible way to run your business

I have been going to this pharmacy for eight years and the customer service just keeps going down. I made 5 calls to see about one of my RX and never got an answer, just was on hold forever each time. Its not just the calls its the whole overall of this pharmacy. One time I waited in drive thru for 20min. When it was my turn there was a little issue with my RX and they asked me if I could pull back around and get back in line, I said "no", you took care of the vehicle in front of me for 20 min. Everyone can wait just like I did. I have pulled around before there and had to wait in the drive thru line for an additional 15-20 min, total drive thru wait 30-40. Some are rude, some are nice and some are lazy! Im going to have to go somewhere else, this pharmacy is stressful to go to.

My parents were lost, their phones were dead and the plug in their car stopped working. So they stopped at this Walgreens to ask for directions and the young lady in the photo department was incredibly nice to them. She allowed them to use the phone, she used her own charger to charge one of my parents phones, and then also provided step by step instructions on how to get to Red Bug Lake. This happened on November 15th, at around 3pm. I wish they had gotten their name but English is not their first language.This is the type of service that is so rare nowadays. I wish this young lady much success. And hopefully, your manager sees this and is able to thank you for being a great member of the community. Thank you so much for helping my parents. May it come back to you tenfold.
