The pharmacy drive thru is not a pleasant experience. Be prepared to wait a very long time..

Awful experience at Walgreens, waited for 10 mins at curbside and no one came out (I am always in a rush), then went inside and no one came out, then I got my pickup order myself, then she got smart with me because I did that. I have a receipt. Get more coverage or don’t be in the back while your cashier has 10 ppl on line

The attention at the window it's horrible they don't know how to talk with the customer. it's like they don't wanna work or maybe they don't know how to fix easy problems. And this location are out of products all the time, don't waste your time if you need vitamins or supplements order from Amazon.

The people who work there are too inefficient, take time to serve customers and treat customers with great hostility. It seems that they are unaware of their work.

Donna is so helpful and gracious. Thank you so much for your amazing customer service. She went out of her way to help me purchase items on the app even when it was not working properly. She was so patient. Thank you, you should teach other establishments how to treat others and be a great manager with great customer service skills.

Horrible Pharmacy! Experience the rudest drive thru experience. They have little girls who are probably High Schooler working with zero knowledge so sad. WALGREENS DO BETTER WITH YOUR HIRINGS! Stop hiring d*** people

The pharmacy of this Walgreens is absolute trash! I just got into a car accident, not my fault, while I was working and my back is in severe pain. I went to get checked out at a Centra Care requested by my employment for my injury, all my paperwork was turned into my employer with the exception of my prescription slips. I showed the Walgreens staff my slips and the woman made it VERY clear that she did NOT care because I didn’t have the “claim number”. How am I supposed to have that information when the only documentation I was given were my prescriptions???! I’m not driving all over Florida to find something YOU can call and verify. You guys need to restaff and maybe learn what customer service actually is. Shame on you.

William was very patient and helpful with helping me create holiday photo cards for my student’s. It was my very first time using Walgreens Photo Kiosk and I was not familiar with their process. Although he was initially busy, he politely took the time to stop what he was doing and patiently helped me through the process from beginning to end~ answering any questions I had. I will continue to use this service knowing such helpful service is provided!

They don’t fill prescriptions unless you check up on them constantly. Took 3 days to fill a prescription

They were polite every time they asked me to be put on hold only to hang up on me after waiting more than 15min. I understand they get busy but was definitely not happy being hung up on after 15min

Do not order photos from this Walgreens! They run out of supplies and then you go to pick up the photos and then they tell you there are no photos for you. I ordered a set of photos for a gift I needed and went to pick them up. The guy at the counter tells me they ran out of photo paper! No one communicated this ahead of time. Order had been confirmed for pickup. Who runs a business like this? Walgreens is so poorly run I don't know how they stay in business.

I used to enjoy shopping here but I won’t continue to contribute to any Walgreens. They have some (honestly extremely d**** policy where they have to ID everyone regardless of age. A women and I believe her daughter were in front of me trying to buy cigarettes. The woman trying to buy them is clearly over 70 and her daughter is definitely over 40. They held up a long line just to constantly tell the elderly woman they desperately needed her ID. The elderly woman stated she was at Walmart the day prior and didn’t need it and she’s not driving so she didn’t have it. Her daughter was clearly upset (understandably) and had to go back out to her car so she could buy them. My boyfriend said the last time he was there, a woman clearly over 60 had the same issue. My boyfriend (age 26) offered to buy them for her since he had his ID but the cashier said no she couldn’t complete the sale. Just sad. I don’t want to chance waiting in a long line because we want to ID elderly people who can clearly buy alcohol and cigarettes

I stopped by today because my mother went to the Dr and was recommended over the counter Pink Eye Eyedrops. I go in and the Pharmacist told the tech that no such thing exists and only is in the form of antibiotics. Though, I was then directed to aisle 15 if I wished to check it out myself. Immediately, I see two different brands, one was in a severely damaged box, the other read Pink Eye ointment PM. I take the PM container to the counter for consult and asked the pharmacist what makes this different from the normal Pink Eye Eyedrops. Not only did she not apologize for giving me false information, but stated "I don't know, I don't have it memorized". So, I walk back, grab the damaged box, bring it back and asked her what the difference was. I get the information I needed and went back to put the two boxes away and then did I realize there was a Walgreens brand Pink Eye Eyedrop! Not only did she not apologize for her rudness, the Pharmacist apparently doesn't even know what is on her own shelves at the place of her own work. I would say to steer clear of this place, especially the pharmacy.
