Brian did my cash app upload without an I.d the first time & early this morning I left house without I.d for this upload . That wasn’t even problem because I could go home and get it . The problem was he then used excuse saying I needed it to upload when I’ve been to this walgreen multiples times to upload on cash app to pay my bills and he was the one who serviced me . I didn’t appreciate his customer service at all

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I just had the most nasty experience at this Walgreens location. After shopping for a few minutes and returning to the front desk, there was no receptionist to help me. I stood there for over 5 minutes when I finally let out a "hello?". A rude worker comes out from the back with an attitude asking what I'm doing there. He claimed that they don't open until 8 and told me to "get out"." I explained to him that both doors opened up for me which made me think they were open. Not only did I have my time wasted (in which I was trying to bring home medication for my baby), but I was spoken to with complete disrespect like it was somehow MY fault for entering an open building and waiting for an employee to check me out. Will definitely not be coming back to this location, and planning on taking it up with corporate.

The workers in this location need to be retrained or something medications come in electronically and I’ll even go a day after and they still never have it ready. Every month I get the same exact medication and it’s always a hard time only reason I go here is that it’s near my home and am disabled.

The manager of this store is disrespectful. They are always "understaffed", and the pharmacy is A MESS. If it was appropriate to use foul language I'd comment all of them. I have been to this Walgreens on several occasions and this time I decided to leave a review. I am a Healthcare worker so if anyone knows about the Covid, it's me. I have never been to a Walgreens location with such horrible customer service from management. I feel so bad for Pharmacy because they aren't being helped. This company and location cares not about their employees and customers. Go elsewhere.

Do not shop here, find another location or CVS or Target! At least there they treat the customer with respect! Words cannot describe how upset I am with this location as a long time customer. The manager of this location doesn't know what customer service is. I cannot believe he was hired as a Customer Service Retail Manager! I think Walgreens has to do a better job picking their employees, and who actually represents your brand. Your supposed to take care of your customers, and responding by saying "I don't have all night to spend with you on this" when i asked for help, is demeaning and disrespectful. I believe you were hired to take care of your customers, and tonight I do not feel like you were doing that. I'm sorry that I treated you with respect, and in the most polite manner only to be treated like that. If I could i would get less than Zero stars to this location. This location staff is not helpful at all. I wish I could just contact corporate directly! !

The pharmacy staff is awful. They act inconvenienced that you have prescriptions that need filled and if any prescription requires extra effort on their part, expect to wait days and fight like a tiger to get it. They are not in it for the patients, all about the money. If you have a choice, go anywhere else.

I wanted to share my experience visited to Walgreens today. I meet associate Ross at store 6030 - she has superb Stella customer service...very helpful and great people skills. I appreciate her and Walgreens stores for having people like Ross working for the company . Thank you!

Just went through the drive thru and was told that the discount for my prescription was invalid. I asked the woman at the window to check and she said that she did and it was invalid. I needed my prescription so I decided to go inside and see if someone else could check. Another woman started to check and the woman from the drive thru tried to butt in and tell her that it was invalid. The second woman checked and turns out the first one entered it wrong. The code she entered into the computer didn't match the code I gave them. ? If she had just checked like I asked her to do instead of pulling attitude about it and acting like she was infallible it would have saved time for everyone involved. Luckily the second woman working at the pharmacy counter was there so I didn't have to pay an extra $50 for someone's incompetence.
