Walgreens provides pharmacy services and sells health, beauty, and photo printing products. The pharmacy staff receives consistent praise for being amazingly friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, and welcoming. Many customers report excellent, great, responsible, and thoughtful service from employees and managers at the front checkout, with staff described as kind and smiling. However, the store has significant issues with its environment and some staff interactions. The air conditioning has not worked properly for years, making the store humid and uncomfortable with a very strong smell of mold accumulating on the vents. A few customers report rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful service from specific employees at the front register and doing stock, describing nasty attitude and poor customer service. I don’t understand why they can’t put the photos out and you can just grab yours and go pay. No one is going to steal other peoples photos. You just end up standing there and waiting forever

I visit this Walgreens around 1-3 times a week and every time I visit the staff is always so kind and welcoming. One employee in particular, Gloria, is so sweet and friendly. In addition, the pharmacists and techs are amazing as well, very knowledgeable in their field.
