So sad && disappointed with the service I received tonight at the drive thru. They were taking 10-15 minutes to assist customers at the drive thru. I waited 45 minutes for 3 cars! Then when it was my turn because it was 7PM they rushed me and said they just received the medication when the Dr sent it at 3PM… they wanted me to come back tomorrow! I ended up going to a different Walgreens like they suggested! we need a better pharmacy in the community because what happen to good customer service?

The pharmacy’s overall customer service, insurance knowledge & efficiency could use major improvement. Also sincere effort in helpful & kindness towards customers would make a world of difference.The store itself is well kept, organized & clean.

The store was very clean, bright, well organized. It had a different looking for plan than other stores but I liked it. It was very easy to quickly find exactly what I needed & head to the cashier. She was awesome! She was friendly, answered a few questions I had about the store, even pointed out the newly discounted merch rack near the register.There's a clinic in the same building in case y'all need a quick Dr visit.

Been a long term customer for many years. Really think the employees are very nice to me and helpful most always! However the last six months things have changed and I believe it’s on the corporate level as there is always mis information given to me ie my Dr did not call in the script, but as soon as I question this, the magically find it or magically have the medication in stock when I was told they have to order it! I know mistakes happen but the purpose for my review is there are consistently mistakes every time I deal with them which is once or twice a month for months! I truly don’t want to change pharmacies but I may have to.

Traveled from Jacksonville Fl to pick up a family member and I had to use the restroom, it's was 9:45 pm,and I was actually directed to Walgreens from the ExxonMobil gas station to use their restroom, as I enter the store I explained to the clerk I just got the road and may I use the restroom I would have purchased something just to use it,I've never heard of this at a Walgreens in Jacksonville but I guess in Orlando this store,automatically lock its restrooms down at 9 pm,so I guess if an employee has to use the restroom what do they do since the store closes at 10 pm, not even worth 1 star

Very very rude pharmacists. One of their pharmacists even call their drive thru costumers stupid. I witness it while I am asking for my wife’s prescriptions. The pharmacists who assisted me, even shouted at me asking if I am dropping off or picking up, I do not what to answer cause in my mind I know I am in a pharmacy not in fedex-courier. Never had such bad experience especially from people who call themselves as professionals. If I can give them zero stars I will do it.

Mai/Met great Pharmacist Manager, Ms. Bertina-: She is too best in customer service , intelligent, super quick u0026 Mrs. Alcin, Ms. Taiwana, outstanding General Manager Mr. Tom, Tasha are nice, helpful, good customers There was Ms. Gomathi u0026 Ms. Regina also ( 100 years ago.. may be really in 2000-2006) Mai Long is truly dedicated, awesome, Genuine, Integrity, highly following the ethics, principles , policies of Walgreens- Amazing true leadership and an example- she is a great asset
