The worst store in which I have been served in this country, tonight I was served at the pharmacy by 3 women who saw me and did not serve me, at the same time
After 20 minutes they attended to me and with a bad attitude I had to wait another half hour to be able to pay for my medicine. Terrible service at that pharmacy

I came to this Walgreens on a quick stop before Disney and Ariel was so helpful. She was stocking and getting stuff done inventory wise and she still helped me find everything I needed for my wife and my kid for our amazing trip out. Definitely give her a promotion!

A very disrespectful lady with an attitude complains to me as if I had knowledge that that was not her box but that she would "help me there anyways" we had a confrontation BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT HER BOX IS, she complains to me that I saw her that she was doing homework, I never saw her. I instinctively accessed a cash register that was the first one next to the exit.
Besides, my mother did not remember (she has problems remembering because she did not enter a diagnosis due to the HIPPA law) the zipcode, we had a bit of problems with the card and she, in a mocking and haughty way, answered “incorrect”.
My mother is a frequent Walgreens patient because she has many health conditions and we pick up her medications there, we have never had any situation.
At the end of charging, he answers me that the receipt is electronic, ok he neither offered nor gave them to me the coupons. I was the one who asked him about the coupons. Besides, they always give me the receipt physically, she says that it would arrive digitally but it hasn't arrived yet. He had a more haughty and mocking attitude in front of the entire line.
I hope they improve customer service and are more informative with customers. If the cash register is closed, DO NOT COMPLAIN THEM because you do not have the knowledge and are correctly guided as to which cash register would be.
Many elderly patients visit Walgreens and it is not right to have such disrespectful staff and little empathy in customer service.
They can corroborate it with their cameras, the approximate time was 12:58pm, I don't know the exact time since they did not provide the receipt. Today is September 5, 2024. I managed to speak with the supervisor on duty. He made no comment, he addressed the person.

This is not the first time I refill my prescription and I received a call saying is ready. When I get there they don't even process my prescription and I have to wait more time. This is ridiculous... They lied about it. Poor customer service period. Waiting my time and gas .

The prescription staff are inept and rude. I called for a refill for my mother and they left me waiting, they grabbed me in the face, it was disrespectful, they are not professional at all.

This the nearest to my home. Was sarcastically treated at the register. Will give the exact date and time 8/10/24 10:10pm. Would hate to think that such behavior is part of employee training by walgreens. Wonder if they know that there's a CVS right across from them.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had. You order your medications and they are bothering you every 2 minutes, you can already go through it and when you are there they are not even ready ?and the super long line of people spends up to 20 minutes waiting for them to serve you.

I went to pick up my husband's medications when the technician was explaining to us the doubts regarding their use, a supervisor told us that they would close until 2pm, lowering the grille and leaving us with doubts about what they were explaining to us. It is assumed that if there are 6 employees, not all of them go on break or lunch at the same time, leaving the patients half attended to. Thank you

Worst pharmacy to send your prescriptions to. They have just 1 person to check out the drive-thru and in-store pharmacy. And it's ridiculous. Never again. My suggestion... there's a CVS right in front of it.
And the worker is great, by the way. He is doing his job marvelously. It's just inhumane to have one person only working.

After being at the Walmart Goldenroad pharmacy for several years where the treatment was terrible and with a bad face many times... you had to give them more than a few hours or even another day to give you the prescription... they never gave me any alternative with the medications and the Customer service is terrible. I moved to the Walgreens pharmacy at Curry Ford & Goldenroad ? and I could see the big difference in friendliness, speed with your medications, and they also look for alternatives with coupons when it is not covered by the medical plan. Very happy so far with this Walgreens pharmacy. I hope they continue like this. ✍️ Thank you.

Cashier was very friendly and smiled. She went out of her way to be nice. Today is mother's day on a Sunday.
